The female backsprite and the art and the sprite and simply everyting about it looks like SHIT.

Long socks and overall shorts? No way.

How am I going to play through HGSS with a female sprite without puking every five minutes?

Wish they'd made something BETTER. Geez, that thing looks horrible. Nintendo has no fashion sense whatsoever.

The pigtails and hat? Yuck, I'm not a third-grader.

The beret looked kind of stupid, in my opinion.

But this is clearly a trend. I just realized this a few hours ago.

All the character sprites, both male and female, wear a hat (and I count a bandana as a hat if you're wondering about R/S/E).
