The very first concert I ever saw were these guys! 1979 in Atl. Ga. at the Omni. they were as good if not better than one could imagine.Styx was a important band for alot of people back in the 70's and 80's, brings back the best of memories. But the best thing about them is you can STILL see them live and they are very awesome to see! Check them out soon!

Great tune, great band and, yes, Styx was huge in the 70's. You wouldn't know which bands were big and which weren't by listening to classic rock stations today. It's easy to think many big bands had 2-3 songs that got air time which wasn't true. WABX, W4(when Howard Stern was there, before it went country) and WRIF in Detroit played them all back then. Certain nights, they would play an album straight through and I'd have my tape in the record setting.(I hated 8 tracks, fading out mid-song.)
