All it would take is One or maybe a handfull of strong determined military and law enforcement personel to become Publicly Visable and Make a Stand, demanding these criminals be held accountable for their crimes against humanity and the Constitution for which they swore to protect, and that would be enough to get the ones who are intimidated and afraid to do the same.
