No dude, he never got shot. You didn't see him get shot either.. or we are talking about 2 different Kellermans. It is true that there was a little squad hijacking the van, and then they opened the doors of the van, and Kellerman said something like: 'what took you so long?', and that was it. We all assumed he had been shot, but apparently he didn't...

Anyway, watch Prison Break till the end, cuz the final episodes ROCK :D!!

It is possible that the squad got shot down by some ally Kellerman may have had. Anyway, he did survive, and he returns in season 4. I don't wanna spoil too much, you really should watch it yourself, it's great! =D
