She's like a clone of ME! I started suffering at 12, diagnosed at 18, Horrible pregnancies with 8 hours of RLS with charlie horses so much fun! Yet, I am on a Healer's path now. My recommendations are:

Cannabis is highly under-rated. I'm not a 'pot smoker' but I have used it when I had a big problem with Restless Legs Syndrome (I know people joke about RLS, but it's really not funny) and it worked like a charm. My RLS is now gone since I started taking calcium+magnesium supplements.

I have a theory about RLS. You know how we are all being poisoned with heavy metals right... I saw an informercial where you stick these things on your feet and after many hours, peel them off and they are full of dark metals etc. SO that means metal escapes your body through your feet mainly. I wonder if so many people have RLS these days because our bodies are trying to get the damn metals out?

Update: my RLS is back, maybe because I've been slacking off on the magnesium for the last couple of weeks.

In my case, I got it when I was pregnant, which is common, and some women continue to have it after having the baby- and I just happen to be in that category.

RLS I can deal with. The red wine spit test results, not so much.

Maybe I WILL smoke a joint.

Awe that sucks its back.. :-( My sister had it when she was pregnant too. I saw a vid of a guy who did that red wine test. Disturbing! I used to smoke, but I don't like it anymore because I just get really paranoid about everything when I'm high.
