  • Now favourited, thank you for this LRR, even though you don't check this page any more, it's fun to see you're older work. Diolch yn fawr iawn (welsh).

  • That was actually a really good Sean Conney impression.

  • The Dutch is kind of weird. It sounds like:

    [wɑnəɹ hɑt onlæŋs wɪɹd vɛrnywt]

    Meaning:

Wanneer het onlangs werd vernieuwd? -> When it recently was renewed?

    The correct sentence would be:

Wanneer was het voor het laatst vernieuwd? -> When was it last renewed?

[wɑˈnɪːɹ ˈwɑst ˈvɔːɹ ət ˈlast vəɹˈniuwt]

  • I'd have asked to be served in Lojban.

  • Sir to say I love loadingreadyrun would be an understatement of giant proportions, but I feel obligated to tell you your dutch has a very strange accent and sounds a bit like the swedish chef from the muppets show. with greetings from Belgium, you guys rock

  • I just watched this with the "Transcribe" function on, and it does the impossible... it becomes even funnier! (Especially in the English-speaking parts.)

For example: "gerald one one zero zero one zero one" and "cocaine" instead of "OK." I'm thankful that I'm not hearing impaired.

  • Funny video! ;)

  • Jamaican is the best! One love, rasta!

  • The german, oh how I love to hear the german ^.^

  • Great sketch,

Reminds me of Python sketches, where customers deal with increasingly excentric employees or public servants who either can't understand each other.

  • 7 people don't own cars either =^_^=

  • Wow, what was that Dutch sentence? Wanneer het onlangs werd vernieuwd? That's... not proper grammar.

  • Going through some of your old videos and in the first bit of the video I know exactly how you feel and what you're thinking when he rings that bell. I can't tell you how many times I've had to do that.

  • Comment removed

  • damn, I have to learn to speak with binary ASCII

  • hehe this guy is an asshole : D but the vid is

    funny

    01100110011101010110001101101011011010010110111001100111 funny ;)

  • That was not Swedish!!

That wasn't even close to Swedish!!

    Funny though...

  • @MasterXivilai - If you listen carefully, he says to switch from Swedish to Swedish Chef (from the muppets)

  • @moodonym - Sorry, never seen the muppets...

  • I aspire to this.

  • Although this was very funy that was not Dutch. I believed all the other languages though. (I know some German and that sounded good, and so did the Sweedish)

  • what was the monty python sketch to this?

  • need to work abit on your dutch pronunctuation Graham.

    still awesome *thumbs up*

  • kablah, hahahaha i love it

  • That's fucking genius

  • qapla for sucesses

  • @darkmaster3391 ... but there was no success, which was my point... however, when they returned together THEN Qapla could have been used... otherwise Maj-Qa would have been the proper use.

  • @darkmaster3391 ...furthermore, when the Klingon speaker first came it should have been "Nuq-neH" which is the proper introduction greeting; literally translating to "What do you want?"

  • I've got to admit : It's kinda awesome ! =D

  • I need thish man'sh driversh lishenshe number.

  • ridemais

  • I'm from Belgium, and I don't understand a word of what he says...

  • "Yeah, it's down the hall on your left." Priceless. Epic. XDDD

  • That wasn't Swedish

  • @carsun95 It wasn't, It was Swedish Chef.

  • The dude talking in Rasta jamaican language is just too funny.

  • This is awesome!

The spanish is really bad, thou :P

  • woah, Graham pulls off a wicked Connery!

  • rastamon...

  • This reminds me of that Monty Python sketch.

  • @TORSTF Yep, this seems to be the LRR gang's take on the sketch where a man attempts to report a burglary to a police force with very specific, and bizarre, hearing impediments.

  • Hah. That´s not dutch.!

  • @PandabeerMEISTER

That IS dutch. He's not that good at it, but it's most certainly dutch.. with a horrible accent, but it's dutch!

  • haha i remember a similar skit like this first done on the old show I love Lucy. She got arrested in Puerto Rico and then the guards spoke to each other in spanish, german, and french.

  • The Binary at the end (011100000110010101100101) translates to "pee".

  • Thanks a lot, dude. You spared a minute of my life, what would've taken me to transcribe the 1s and 0s and put them through a translator.

    You are awesome.

  • @bbbluehunter it sure does =)

  • postal code in Klingon?

    lol

nuqchuq? It'd only be clipped because it's short...

  • The Dutch was rlly bad, either it wasn't right or either it had a bad pronounciation.

But damn, this is so damn funny XD

  • >>>but I did like the binary code at the end.

  • Only thing is, the Klingon speaker shoud have said "MajQa" instead of "Qa'plah" when he went to look for the new person. Qa'plah is general greeting or used when something is successful.... not in the "I understand" way.

  • FTW

  • I love this.

  • The Swedish Chef and Sean Connery Impressions were Great.

  • Awesome...Just...awesome..

  • That was wonderful!

  • Couldn't understand the Dutch at all :/

the others were fine though :D

  • You, stay on the ZBB.

  • I am not from the ZBB actually. And if you were astute, you would have seen that that was in Dutch, German, Klingon and Patois (Granted the Klingon is a suffix...), you know, like in the clip.

  • Koffiegast is a member of ZBB, I know him from there. I was telling him complaints on the movie should be in the thread were the link was, that way the other linguists there could argue with him about said complaints.

  • clipped Klingon, but also inaccurate, even for clipped.

  • haha! chado2423 hilarious

  • Was a scandinavian language not dutch :p

  • There are several scandanavian languages; but thats a side matter: this is actually a dutch-swedish dialect. It's not uncommon for those two languages to be intertwined in a Dutch phrasebook; albeit erringly.

  • Haha! Het war funny-qu' mon!

  • These guys are the funniest thing on the internet. I was watching the collegehumor stuff and that's all hilarious but doesn't have much re-watch value. Graham is a genius!

  • 3:14 LOL!

    XD

  • They deserve so much more attention.

  • hahahaha

  • LOL. Its always fun to hear an american and/or canadian speak _almost_ correct german. :D

LRR is great, thx for all this videos, and forget about my _almost_ correct english. :D

  • haha this is very funny!

  • down the hall on the left is a wall

  • and on that wall is a door...

  • he said to the left and there's a wall there

  • doesn't he have to go through the door before he goes down the hall? Do you have xray vison... acually that wouldn't work on a video...

  • Hilarious!

  • nice nice nice

  • Its about time loadingreadyrun videos are getting the attention they deserve.

  • hey guys, why do mr phillips and mr hedaire get irritated if they can't understnd english, and therefor matt.

very funny though..if you don't oerthink it.

the "related videos are all about dogs - weird"

  • postal code and ting

  • Lol he said pee in binary.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHA

oh my god you people are amazing

    oh, binary

  • you forgot the

    00111111

    at the end

  • that was absolutely fantastic.

The acting has definitely improved, as well!

  • Zero Punctuation was great yesterday :D funniest i've seen so far.

  • You guys do unskippable, right?

  • Although I do not speak for them, I have to say they do indeed do the escapist webisodes, Unskippable...

  • Paul and Graham do, yes.

  • I can understand that, I do watch it on a regular basis, and do read the credits, it was thanks to Unskippable I was able to learn of your wonderful website. LoadingReadyRun made shed so many tears of laughter that I've grown addictive to your videos and havebeen wathing every single one of them posted on your website.

    Thank you soo much.

  • lol

  • Matt, you are such a dick. But in a good way. :P

  • April fools everyone.

  • Muy bueno un saludo desde España seguid con el buen trabajo. XD 5 stars

  • exelent 5 star :D

  • Maybe not the best writing in LRR history, but close. Not only that, but it's probably to most creative sketch I've seen out of any sketch comedy group in a LONG time.

  • That didn't sound very Dutch, more like a bastardized version of German. Although the German díd actually sounded good. ;) Very funny vid. Maar maak het Nederlands de volgende keer iets realistischer, oké? Bedankt. Ik ben inmiddels benieuwd naar woensdag voor jullie samenwerking met Yahtzee.

  • 0111000001100110101100101

  • O.o okay, that was awesome. Yahtzee guest-stars :"D you guys actually going to Zero Punctuation tomorrow? That would be great.

  • No, they just teased it to dick with you. :p

  • Amazing. Can't wait to see what you guys do next... Now off to Escapist to see the new Unskippable!

  • Hilarious! =D

  • 011100000110010101100101

    Awesome

  • nice work. very funny as usual.

  • every time I see this video, I love it more and more!

  • epic...

  • This was amazing

  • haha, that was so pefrect.

  • Did you learn your Patwa from Little Jacob?

  • Patois. And no. I learned it from Badman.

    -Graham

  • Very Python-esque*, hilarious xD

*(the comedy show, not the programming language)

  • from loadingreadyrun import *

for joke in sketch: print "HA"

  • This is hilarious, good showing.

  • Wasn't a fan of the commodore hustles and have found LRR a little lacking lately (yet still worth keeping up) but this update has instantly renewed any waning confidence. Amazing job.

  • haha

  • By the way. I'm a little dissapointed that I didn't get to hear you guys try to speak Swedish. That would have made my day.

And goddamn Matt plays a good duchebag.

  • This one is probably in my top 5 of funny LRR videos.

  • this was BRILLIANT! great job guys keep it up! now to bug people on the forums.

  • Good work guys, comedy gold, as usual.

  • Simple concept, executed marvelously.

  • wow, that video was pure win....

  • Win

  • Wow, such a simple concept and yet one of my fave vids in a long time. You have out done yourselves LLR. The ending made me lol. LLR makes my Mondays.

  • (psst. It's LRR)

  • Don't I feel stupid. Typed it out in a hurry, sorry guys. I do know (at least should know) what your group is called, I've been watching you for a while. It was an honest error. :-(

  • lol, I wasn't trying to make you feel bad, I was just trying to provide you the correct acronym

  • This is up there with the best of them. Loved the Jamaican,

Great work, broda, One love rasta!

  • The binary was 011100000110010101100101 which translates to "pee" in ASCII

Because I too had a difficult and lonely childhood.

  • ASCII silly question, get a silly ANSI. :)

  • UTF are you talking about!?

  • Synchronized flipping the bird for the win!

  • I love it! The bit at the end where the guy comes in speaking binary is pretty hilarious.

  • this is halarious

  • Arguably your smartest work.

    -Woody

  • Great success guys. Another Epic Video.

    INTERPRETIVE DANCE.
