could you tell me if i

can make a lower-only teeth guard out of an

upper sports silicon teeth guard (by putting it in hot water and then placing it over my lower teeth) will it fit?

i can't seem to find a seperated teeth guards for only upper and only lower teeth-only an upper teeth or a double...

yo when you bite into the mold you supposed to bite down as hard as you can right because when i got my first grill i bit down a little and my fangs never felt right???

I heard it makes you gag, but you didn't gag at all! Do you have any tips on how to minimize the gagging? Cause I gag really easily and the dentist just tells me to breath through my nose which barely helps cause his hands are all over my face.
