  • Check out "Bad Prospects (parody of Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance")"

  • wow rain-x for 1.97 thats a good price!

  • my 90 day training period ends at the end of dec, and all i get is how bad i have been doing my job, i thank i was just hired to do the holiday rush then i'll just be told that i didn't work to par with what they need and be moved to pushing buggys or fired

  • Wow you Wal Mart defenders have no sense of humour what's so ever.

  • When you first start work at Walmart... the tell you that you will get medical benefits when you work there a year... every holiday... ect... And when you worked there a year... they lay you off and hire someone else who they tell that if they work there a year...

  • walmart is definitely messed up, i worked there for 4 months, during probation review they make up a bunch of reasons why you didnt get a perfect mark, i think i got like 70% even though i deserved 100% to be honest, even the shift supervisors make like 14$/hr so they told me, lead hands make 11-12$/hr, such a horrible place, i dont shop there anymore, go shop at a local store as long as its prices arent insane.

  • why do u heat walmart?

  • I don't understand why wal mart builds in rural towns with less the 10k populations, Thats like putting a blooming dales in outer space. the towns economy is based off the towns people, not a major corporation with untouchable ceo's. Then they eliminate the stores by including what the mom and pop stores sold by making them specific departments in walmart. Bakery, ammo and hunting, automotive, fabrics, and Rx were all individual stores at one time, walmart crushed them all and made billions.

  • @TheKnives777 because the cost of operations in the towns with nothing else around is much lower than in the middle of a major city. Think about it, with a Wal-Mart in the town right next to you would you goto a local shop for a large amount of purchases?

  • @wavace No I would ! that's what main street is for. you never needed to go out of your way to shop. Wal mart is a killer of small business. When a company comes around and devours all other company's so no one fiscally advances its called a monopoly. You don't know the scam they operate. I have seen it first hand, The WMCEO's are cut throat. No company has ever done this but Wal mart because others knew it was wrong/ borderline illegal.

  • i know why that chick ignored her cuz they think shes a crack head wearing a random blue vest with walmart patched on it yr loosing yr minds haha for real

  • if any walmart employees are actually getting on here to defend that place... just wow really.....

  • I don't know if the movie is creditable or not but i would not put a past at them and for the gun comment for some people they are one pay check of being homeless and to rich to go on welfare so in some case yes they do have a gun to there head , when they have kids a house and hydro to pay. I seen them as a shade of grey and please look at all side before putting that

  • ever heard of there is no other options unless u want to be jobless and then u have people who say the poor dont work

  • Most of the small businesses close when Wal-Mart comes to town. Where are they supposed to work?

@SuperLuigiGuy: The Wal-Mart in my town just cut ALL of its full time employees to part time, even the managers. That is practically forcing people to quit.

The problem with this is, my town is small and rural (less then 9k people) and all of the surviving stores (small businesses) are run by their owners and families, with no other employees.

There is no place else to work, except factories.

  • Hey that $4 t-shirt probably cost them less that 20 cents to make. haha.

  • Ooohh shut up!" go work at TARGET ,PLEASE!!"

  • the turnover rate isn't exactly Wal*Mart's fault. People QUIT. It's not as if Wal Mart points a gun at you and says "Quit now."

  • haha.. Very true. Thank GOD I work in a snobby town... only our CSMs ever quit. Lost 2 in one week. That sucked!

  • At The Rate They Are Going This Isn't Too Far From The Truth. Very Funny, More, More!!!!

  • Its very true though. As a current employee, i can tell you thats one of the confusing aspects of working at walmart.

  • Am I the only one to notice that no provable facts or statistics were quoted in any of these promos? Hardly a convincing argument. I am not a fan of WM but this is pandering to the music video generation.

  • obscureYOU

This is a promo for a great movie - actually a set of movies. Robert Greenwald makes great movies about social issues.

    This clip uses satire. Irony.

(You can look those words up up in your walmart dictionary printed in China.)

  • Yeah, thanks for the advice. So are the movies concerning Wal Mart more credible by offering references or anything like that or are we just to believe an ostensibly biased viewpoint because we abhor giant corporations (as long as it's in vogue)?

  • All this bitch does is complain.

  • Go work at Walmart and tell me why she's bitching.

  • Wow, I think this video was hilarious, except for the fact that its absolutely no different than any other retail chain, percentage wise at least.

BTW, if you don't like what the job offers, don't take it in the first place.

  • Well, it must not be too bad 'cause your working at Walmart instead of Target! I guess Walmart's taking the bottom of the barrel becuase your working there!

  • Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that I've seen the same faces year after year at my Walmart in Baltimore.

  • The Wal Marts here in Phoenix hire the worst people possible. I guess the crappy wages and whatever else keeps decent people from wanting to work there. I shop there when I am in a pinch, but if I really want clothes CDS other items, I shop online.

  • I work for a call center with a very high turnover rate and found this video hillarious. I'd love to share it at work but there is no sound on the computers.

  • dont ever ever ever get a job at wal-mart cause they will treat you like shit ask any wal-mart associte ... and if they tell you no there lying there ass off....

  • Word

  • I was the dumb sap who worked for Sam's Club...I worked there for a year and a half and in that time I saw AT LEAST 20 cashiers come and go

  • Thanks Wal-mart for saving me 25 cents on pair of 14 dollar jeans and at the same time supporting human rights abuses thoughout the world, putting the dime store on main street out business, building the character of (associates) by offering low pay, stickin to the US tax payer by allowing them to pay for medical care of the children of your assiocates - all in the name of the most important american value -increasing shareholder wealth

  • Where did you come from AndyLoom, the 1950's or Mars?

There hasn't been a Dime store around since I was like 5 years old. Also, if you don't like it, don't shop there. The reason Wal-Mart has put stores out of business is that the stores had high prices and shitty

service. They haven't put A LOT of stores out of business, so get your facts straight before you start

blowing hot air out of your ass.

  • Well if you wanna staht fuckin de custamas, jus be stayin away from dem white boyz cuz dey be havin dem little dicks. You jus go on an help yosef to summa dark meat you red headed honey.

  • it's you're, you fucking faggot

  • Very well then lokoart, now why don't you SHUT YOU'RE ASS UP you fucking faggot,I was commenting to mandingodong for being a jerk.

  • learn how to spell you ghetto monkey

  • One flaw, wal mart does not have an employee to department ratio like that. Actually the departments outnumber the employees in most stores. I've worked 3 departments in one night before, and when one thing is out of line they call you into the office and chew you out if not right you up.

  • BitterCycle, There are ass hole managers at many stores and companies. Trust me, that is not just a Wal-Mart issue, that's a poor management issue.

  • To remedy this problem, you should start giving sexual favors to all of the new employees, whether they are male or female. Also you should take customers into the bathroom and let them have sex with you.

  • Recently Wal Mart has cut the merit pay, put caps on pay, and pretty much took any motivation to be a harder worker away from their 'associates'. Also Wal-Mart is now requiring uniforms but making their employees, already living pay check to pay check, pay for them.

  • YUP, They are like a revolving door.

  • Why are so you hard on Wal-Mart? WMT CREATES 3 low wage, no benefits, high turnover JOBS for every 5 lost in the community. Note: JOBS ARE CREATED

  • I believe that Sam Walton is spinning in his grave also. This uber-capitalist, or more accurately corporate greedy company treats it's workers like slaves, and is an embarrassment to American democracy !!

  • Sam Walton MUST be spinning in his grave! When I was a child in Harrison, Arkansas, Sam would frequently appear at our Wal-Mart (the second in the nation) to help customers load their purchases, and talk about their concerns. He was personable AND involved. His vision for his company was TOTALLY different from what it's become.
