Like Under The Bridge, it's a bit fast, but the guitar and bass seem cool! (where's the intro riff on the bass???) the singing could be improved I think...
the guitar tone has way too much of that effect on in the verse,
do you know about hitting notes? i dont think so. in vocals you see, they are hitting notes too you cant just sing the words and hope that it sounds good
a little constructive critisism. it speeds up a ton after first chorus too

its Dm but rather than having your root note on 5 on a (d), you put it up on a# which is 6 on e so it would look like
