  • God bless the ones who have just been killed by ignorant, unhearthed dealers in Vietnam. I hope they will be the shame of their people and that they will be able someday to get factual and spiritual understanding so that they would never be again capable of looking to themselves in the mirror.

  • people love rare stuff , even if there is a rare shit they will love it

  • To think that such amazing creatures are headed toward extinction because of poaching! We need to do all we can to assist these rhinos and every other threatened species on Earth. I mean, really. THEY'RE SO CUTE. AAAWWWWWWW!

  • 4 dislikes r HUNTERS UGH ROT IN HELL HUNTERS LEAVE NATURE ALON I ONLY WANT HUNTING IF ITS FOR FOOD NOTHING ELSE

  • Anyone else agree that as humans we should just put aside our differences and work "TOGETHER" to help and preserve nature? I just think that it's stupid how we're always fighting pointlessly while the beautiful animals that have been on this earth longer than us suffer for no more than human greed, personally it make me sick, and i'm only 14.

  • OK...

i appreciate what the WWF is doing to the nature but i hated them because they sued the World Wrestling Federation (aka : WWE nowadays) couldn't they make a different name like "WWLF"?

  • This one apparently doesn't like being filmed lol kidding. Yeah, these are really cool animals.

  • As of 2009 there are about 40 java rhinos left in the world!

  • @bombarderoazul That means cloning is the only hope now.... T_T

  • There hasn't been a poaching incedent with these animals in 5 years. But, still, stupid poachers.

  • I love this rhino, me encanta este rinoceronte.

  • woot the rhino fcked up the camera

every celebrity should get these to deal with paparazzi

  • sumatrans arent as good as javas (:

  • I sure hope this animal survives. it would be a true tragedy if we were to let something like this go...

  • i'm studying this rhino, it's so sad there are only 60 of them left, just because of stupid poaching!!

  • The Sumatran Rhinoceros (Dicerorhinus sumatrensis) is a member of the family Rhinocerotidae and one of five extant rhinoceroses. It is the smallest rhinoceros, standing about 120145 centimetres (3.94.8 ft) high at the shoulder, with a body length of 250 centimetres (98 in) and weight of 500800 kilograms (11001760 lb). Like the African species, it has two horns; the larger is the nasal horn, typically 1525 centimetres (610 in), while the other horn is typically a stub.

you two are little sad pieces of crud! im not cussing because im more mature than that and im a christian. nature is an amazing thing. and i guess you two like wrestling more than nature? wow....you two are so sad. im just a 13 year old who really wants to make a difference in nature. i plan on adopting an animal from WWF. so grow up!

  • wow this is unbelievable. . . but maybe theyre camera shy. . . this is exclisive footage that is worth alot . . . good thing mother nature let us see them . . . what majestic animals

  • maybe they were camera shy because heard the sound of the camera recording them

I do agree, though. This is pretty amazing

  • Thank God we still have the chance to see this rare action from these rare species where they still alive.

  • OH SHIT!!! THEY'RE ON TO US!!! He, he. Just kidding...

  • She killed it!? What the hell? Oh well, still pretty cool, glad they still around and I hope they make a comeback like the Bald Eagle, if I had any money to spare I would so donate it for saving them, but alas... Well any way... Good job with the camera, to bad the rhino is camera shy =P.

  • wow were these animals suposed to be extinct?

  • Oh, heavens no! You can actually go see them at the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Wild Animal Park. But they will go extinct in the wild unless we can stop nagging like little sissies about everything and actually DO SOMETHING for the enviroment. We're not convincing anybody untill we do something right!!

  • is that a reflection of your inner self?

  • Did it eat the camera? hehe;-)

    SAVE NATURE!

  • This is really cool! There has never EVER been footage of a Java Rhinocerous for the public to see. I can't wait for WWF to make some new videos with footage of new species. Once there is footage of new animals, more people will want to protect them and the world will be a better place! I hope they add more!

  • please keep them save

  • lolz:

Rhino: *munch * so uh....*swollow* did you see who won the super bowl?

Rhino 2: yeah...it was funny, my friend thought he was going to get an easy five bucks and then lost it *laughs*

    Rhino: yeah well-

    ...

what was that? OH CRAP! THEY HEARD US MAN! THEY HEARD US!! We gotta get outa here!

Rhino2: get it together man! We just destroy the evidence...*runs right into the camra* ha! take that Bush!!

    ^^ i have a t-shirt by this company: "Love me i recycle"

    that's what it says

  • Were is Machoman?

  • One WWF tech to the guy in the field: "Charlie, get out of there! They know we're watching them....Charlie? charlie?!? NNNOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

No, seriously, let's save them...they're neither butt-ugly nor overly aggressive.

  • they saw us!!!! KILL THE CAMERA!!!!!

  • Good point Vuotaraaputin, if everybody just did a little more; collectively it would matter.

Don't know if it was real or IR lighting. Flash trap cameras use normal lighting

  • Simply amazing :)

  • this is awesome o BUT YOUR CAMERA BROKE!

    any way nice video

  • Haha, ur camera got broke!

  • No drilling in ANWR! Save the mosquitoes that are only there when it's warm enough!

  • yay...they are alive. so cute (:!

  • Camera = owned.

  • oh oh this camera is not hiden well

  • The camera flash scared her.

  • No flash. Both video and still cameras use low levels of infrared light, which the animals can't see.

AFAIK, the light source is on continuously, and both types of camera are triggered by motion sensors so there's nothing to disturb the animals, so they can catch the animals acting naturally.

I think it's more likely that the mother rhino saw something she didn't recognize and thought it might be a threat to her calf, so she did what rhinos do naturally in response to threats.

  • amazing

  • I don't think she liked the camera

  • Thats Crazy:P

  • Great to see that Java rhino is still alive and kicking.

  • That is really AMAZING! The end is so cool.

"yet, it opens the question (again) how many we uknowingly kill every day, by cutting down forests and wrong fishing methods :("

You are so right. People don't care of animals and nature, only of themselves and money. :< We cant do much, but when many people does abit we can help the situation.

I am picking up rubbish from the streets of Helsinki, here in Finland. That's my way to help :)

  • so nice to see, that they are still there...

yet, it opens the question (again) how many we uknowingly kill every day, by cutting down forests and wrong fishing methods :(
