  • a good thing to do is also keep a ton of rice (stores forever) and add it to the soups to add calories/bulk.

  • There's two types of cholesterol, one that fixes your arteries and one that hurts them. So no cholesterol means none of the stuff that hurts them, but also none of the kind that fixes them. I'd suggest storing some coconut oil along with this stuff which contains the good kind.

  • @chocoboasylum Thank you for that input and the tip!

  • Thanks for the fine review.

  • @jnkhd Your welcome, thanks for watching!

  • Thanks for doing the video. I went to the costco.com site and do not see the exact same product. They have others but to tell you the truth, this product looked better than what they have available. I'll keep searching but thanks for taking the time to share this.

  • @SeeknKnowledge - I stand corrected. They changed the bucket from square to round and I saw it listed for $74.99 which for two people realistically is probably a one month supply which would put it at around $900 for a year's supply making it the most economically priced product I have seen so far.

  • @SeeknKnowledge That was my calculation as well. I figured one pouch of food = about two meals (2.5 servings per meal). This doesn't even provide that many calories but it is plenty filling. There are 30 pouches of foods so that's 30 days for two people. It really is affordable. Might be a smart investment for daily eating on a budget considering it's relatively healthy nutritional facts.

  • These survival foods are great for the duration of 10-20 years, but if you plan on surviving long beyond that and there is no food to buy in stores, you've got to have organic seeds to grow your own food.

  • how are we supposed to store this tub at 60 degrees? I try to keep my house at 74 in Phoenix and it requires a good amount of electricity. I could never put this in my garage. Thanks for the review.

  • @MultiModality Yeah I hear you, it's not very realistic for me either, or anyone in a tropical climate. Just gotta do the best you can, maybe start rotating it into your daily meals after 8 years or something like that. Thanks for watching!
