  • oh jesus christ, if there was a studio recorded version of this, i would explode!

  • Goddammit I Love Mr. Bungle!!

  • ps - great upload :) thanks

  • LOL these people are giving you a lot of shit...good upload!

  • this was in 89' i think, i have a video somewhere in my house and they play this live, it sounds pretty similar.

  • @korvidkrow96 Yeah, this is from the Sonoma State 1989 show, it's also on YT from arstyfairie, they just faded out the end.

  • If I ever do Superstition at karaoke I do it in Patton's style as shown here, cheers for the upload of this and the other rare Bungle tracks. If only they would re-release them all on a better quality CD format, along with all their other demo albums.

  • I think this is from the series of 4 demos/live material where they covered Public Enemy, among others. I think . . .

  • What are we talking here? 1984? 1985? Was this while Mike and Trey were IN high school or did they return for a local show a year or two after grad?

I wonder if I'll get a response from PY665 on this question. That poor other dude never got a response. Haha! Oh well.. I dig this shit. Despite low quality of the recording, you can easily here the immense talent of the musicians. God damn these guys are gods among humans in the music biz. Gods, I tell you!

  • You wanna response from me huh? Well, I have no idea when this was.

  • Well, what good are you then? Zero!

How did you acquire this recording yet not have any idea when it was recorded?

  • Easy, bought some bootlegs off ebay. All it was was some CD-Rs with a shit load of rare bungle tracks.

  • Your mom is easy.

  • Clever...

  • Well, she is... I'm just sayin'. :-)

  • @PY665 Oh my.

  • @PY665 Well smash my nipples with a forklift and watch?v=h2uhC6yKLx4

  • @PY665 my mom too.

  • @britney00 like sunday mornings

  • @britney00 how did you know?

  • @PY665 i have tons of the same -- no telling their exact recording dates unless i have them in duplicate, where the other source was properly labeled. but in the end, who cares?! its PATTON & BUNGLE! :) :)

  • @JeezusFUCKINGkryst Way to be grateful for something PY665 doesn't owe you to begin with! Is there anything else we can help you with, today?

  • mikeroephonics-

Good morning, retard. How was your NYE?

So...I don't know who the fuck "we" is, pipsqueak, but video poster responded to me nearly half a year ago, so you're a little late. It's all about the timing, Mikey. And...who is "we" again?

  • Hi.

  • @JeezusFUCKINGkryst what makes you think there playing at eureka high? you can tell this is still the 80s probably ou818 era. so there you go and dont bitch at py665 for putting up a great video....2 years later

  • @JeezusFUCKINGkryst I used to have this show on VHS. San Fran 89 or 90.

  • @JeezusFUCKINGkryst no Mr. Bungle is after Faith No More which Day bued in 89'. This was 95' I believe.

  • @sallysewup Mike was part of bungle long before he replaced Chuck in fnm

  • @sallysewup mr. bungle was long before faith no more, mike just rejoined afterwards as well

  • @sallysewup You're completly wrong. This is from the 80's for sure. Mr Bungle started recording in 85!

  • where did u get this!!!

  • That was awesome. I've heard many of their covers before but I think that's the first time I ever heard that one.

  • Not only is this Superstiotion, it changes to Rapture by Blondie

  • @leezyknoxville quite a smooth transition too!
