  • not. nowhere in the world thoughts shall be punished by law. but as I said a Brazilian intellectual: "Freedom to think is just to THINK. when one begins to incite acts of violence based on their "beliefs" of course he must be stopped.

     Brazilian law does not allow discrimination by race, origin or religion. there was never any racial conflict in Brazil after the end of slavery. And we have almost ALL the races in this country
