The best way is to just kill ranger.

Find a ranger. Take psycho and steady. find a hilltop or elevated area,crouch . Select a suppressed sniper rifle with jsp or armor pericing rounds. Aim for the head. Pray to God you hit him in the first shot.

hey BeastObligation! you have a lot of caps and i notice you are using and Anti-Material sniper, so if you are still playing this, go to Gun runner and you can find the Sniper Rifle and a sweet upgrade for it. both of them for sale and you have a LOT of caps so you could probably buy every weapon in that shop :D

@ScarkProductions u can get power armor training from brotherhood or from the enclave remnants to get remnant mission recuit arcade gannon in the old mormen fort it may be a little hard after words get five history points or be really far in the story then he ask if he can have a word and after a while u get a quest to get all the remants back together u can get remant armor,gannon family power armor and power armor training same thing with brotherhood do their quest

I got a way: Go to any ranger Station with pickupable barrels..pick one up, and start pushing yourself AND the barrel into the NCR ranger, with the bottom or top aganist him.. He/She will eventually lose health + Yourself.. You will not get any infamy, ofc.

You know that you can get the Ranger Sequoia at any random ranger station, you have to look for a ranger with the Sequoia walking around the camp, kill him and there you go... that's how I've got mine... by a random accident, I was at Ranger Station Charlie, [I think] and there was a ranger with Sequoia, and [hold on to this grenade for me for a minute] "he gave me his gun" , don't know why he fell to the ground, maybe he got tired of talking to me...

There's an easier way.

If you get mister sandman perk and go to camp golf just kill a lot of them while they sleep.

You get multiple weapons and can fully repair the NCR Veteran Ranger Armor.

BTW rangers don't appear at a certain lv they start to appear near the part where you start getting to the part in the story where you meet ambassador crocker and/or caesar

BTW There's a way to get it without the patch....

Get a bad reputation with the NCR and eventually a ranger followed by 2 other rangers, an NCR Ranger with armor, and an NCR With Salvaged NCR Power armor (Don't need training for it) will come to you saying " Blah Blah Blah 3 day or we kill you Blah Blah Blah"

Recommend taking them on at lvl 16 - 30

The harder way to get it is to get liked by NCR and then talk to Hsu (pronounced shoe). He gives you a key to a safe house. In there you can take EVERYTHING, including NCR Combat Armor, NCR Caombat Helmet, Various Rifles, and Ammunition. . . WithOUT losing any KARMA.
