My friend really reaches to this song and this version. Her mother left them for a younger guy. Her step mother cant know where she is so she and her farther ran away in a fast car. She quit school at the age of 8 to take care of her dad who had a very bad back. When she was 11 his back was better again... He chucked her out on her birthday. She then found a group of people and is happily dancing away in their crew. She has never lost a battle since she joined the amazing crew.
