Does anyone happen to know if the red rings around the A/C controls are supposed to light up? I have a 2009 Optima and I thought when I bought the vehicle that they did, but now they don't. I am wondering if there is something wrong or maybe I am just mistaken.
I bought a new truck from Russell Barnett a few months ago. I had to call for roadside assistance multiple times with in the first 15miles I put on the truck. I had to take it to their service department which returned it dirty and with damage in the paint. These people acted as if I were to bow in their presence, it has been over a month and the truck has not been repaired.There is much more to this nightmare. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!
I'll not buy a Korean product due to hearing too many reports of our service personnel being beaten up ... and not allowed to go into nightclubs there. To me that's outrageous since we've been protecting them from their northern neighbors for so long!
