WOW - I'm just watching this now and this song has such meaning for me, because Nov. 13 of 2008, my soon-to-be-ex left me, by email (I found out later there was another woman & I had no idea anything was was even going on). This song became a source of strength for me...and I just happened now to glance on the date this clip was uploaded, and it's the exact date that he left me - Nov. 13, 2008. Wow, now if that's not a weird coincidence, what is?!?!

That's the point of the song, that she realized she was giving too much power over her own life to someone that wasn't her. In the end, the narrator takes a stand for herself - "I'm up off my knees".

It's a very inspiring song for anyone who's in a bad relationship or a bad situation.
