These cameras are just the beginning. Hopefully, you like getting reamed up the ass by the government and a private corporation (Redflex). Next, it will be noise cameras, seatbelt, expired insurance and tags, and even tread depth.

If they wanted, they could track you across the country with the cameras. They could rob your home since they know when you aren't there. If they liked your car, they could just pull up your DMV records to find out where you live.

The ticket was made out the name of the station and they could have ignored it!

In California, if the police are going to file a ticket at court, it has to bear the name of who they believe is the actual driver. On this ticket, they couldn't ID the driver, so they sent KRON a fake ticket (one that was not filed with the court), to bluff them into ID'ing the driver! I don't think that KRON or Bloom realized it was a fake!

The fakes are called Snitch Tickets. If in doubt, Google the term.

all speeding or traffic tickets are fake, in the sense that they are not to an individual... only corporations pay codes, fines etc. If you have a drivers liscence, then you already of your own conviction agreed to abide by all corporate laws and regulations. thus guilty till proven innocent. One must learn law to stop getting these stupid violations.

@Sitzfleisch They send out the same ticket even if they know your name! So are you saying even if they know your name you can ignore a "Traffic Violation Notice" that has not court address, date or notice to appear? Won't the police follow-up with a "real" ticket regadless? Thanks.

In most of Canada this wouldn't work. We need to come to a complete stop on a solid red but after we do we can proceed and turn right.

But we do have DRL's on some of our cars but we have aoption to disable them and have our headlights off in the Daytime.

I Always been under the impression that if it's red and that it being right turn, "unless a sign says other wise" that it's not really required to stop at a light, or even if you do, you can still turn on red long as it's a right turn, or something along those lines, but then again I live in kentucky so maybe it's different in emeryville, CA.

You have to come to a complete stop, then you may make a turn. You have to stop, so that you don't run into the person making that turn who has the green light.

I hate Redflex, they can suck my dick. The only way they make money is by scaring drivers to drive up to their wardened intersection around 15 mph under the actual speed limit and catch you driving through the 1 1/2 second yellow light the traffic light has. All this company is about is making money.

RedFlex dosent touch the timing of the lights, each city has there own traffic department who does that.
