15 ton rated winch, but using snatch blocks and ground anchors to increase pulling power, it will easily drag a 50 ton tank sideways out of a ditch, but with a good crew almost anything is possible.
Nice one Bernard. When we changed a wheel and then fixed a puncture on Jules's Scammell at the Biggin Hill air show a couple of years ago, there were quite a few people watching fascinated at how the Scammell unloads and reloads it's own spare wheel. We have some still pics but didn't take any video.
