Oh wow! I was near Hwy 142 just east of the Interstate during this. I KNEW I photographed a funnel. It was so hard to tell because the rain and rest of the storm was so dark behind the funnel. Thanks for confirming what I've thought for a while. Nice vid my friend.
This is right west of Kenosha, the north side of town more so.
@ufo5440 getting under an overpass is one of the WORST things you can do in a tornado. An overpass creates a wind tunnel effect if a tornado passes over it.
WOWSERS. What a way to spend a vacation, running from tornadoes! Eeee, too close. Obviously, you made it - what a story to tell your children or grandchildren! And you'll have proof. 5/5 stars, glad you're okay!
judging by the road sings and knowing where you are-- the tornado touched down 3 miles north about 10-15 minutes after this video..the 1st funnel was probably the beginning of that f-0..the others didn't look to be funnels.....always funny listening to people arguing about their safety!!!
Another option could have been Aurora Medical Center just another block down the road.

what did you say at the end? Something about goto Walgreens for shelter!? Why didn't you just ditch the car and go underneath the overpass?

Walgreens was a much better choice.

@kbeanz YouTube won't let me paste a link, but google "overpass in tornado?" and read the NOAA website for a full explanation.

VERY VERY smart of you to stop and seek shelter. I wish more people would have done that
