@eloann Nearest place you can get Mayones guitars from where i live are Poland, Norway and Germany which aren´t that far, but think i stick to my Ibanez for some time yet! But i´m looking forward to see POS live on Saturday 15 minutes from where i live, just hope they play a lot of their old stuff and not 80 procent new material!
@eloann Even finger tapping and humming to this would be difficult! The descending riff is ridiculous, and how Daniel sings a totally different rhythm over it! I'm not here for the technical aspect, but god it's amazing!
Look at Daniels hand. The sound coming from his amplifier is constant, but (I don't know how to say that in english) he's moving his hand. Mute the right speaker and look carefully They recorded this moment once again in the studio i think. (sorry for my bad english)
You're blaming me that they have done such thing ? You know, I'm a musician and I hate that sort of stuff. For me it's better to listen and watch a TRUE show.
I do not blaming you my friend, on the contrary I agree with you, but I say you can not know what was theire intention and they do that exeptionnaly for the dvd, and do not make hasty judgments, (for me the intention is the most important thing)
Hmm, i think it's quite possible what he did ;) But still i don't know =/ I mean, i move my fingers as playing constant 8ths and sometimes 16ths but those are just dead notes ;) for the extra feel it sometimes gives. (most of the people won't hear them anyway)
Yeah, to be honest I miss Daniel using the Parker Fly, a cooler look and better sound. But I wonder if he's gonna bring the new fretless midi on stage, that thing is awesome!
Ahhhh man i'd never seen this live before. After "God how could i believe" i was SO ready for water. That transition is my favorite part of the whole album....
However, the live ending is probably the heaviest thing i've ever heard from PoS. Kudoss.
Concrete Lake and Remedy Lane are the two albums I listen too most, being a concept album Handful might not mean much on it's own but its' an integral part of the story, a blistering performance.
If earth had to choose 1 human to negotiate a truce with another planet i would nominate this guy!!! The pure fact is that the tone he creates is like no other never mind his range!!
I'm going to Orlando from UK in july for Prog Nation 09, Longlive great imaginative and tasteful progressive music, hearyee hearyee!!!!!!
Holy... This band is so weird... In an awesome way!! Why have I missed this band? :D The lead singer is just pure.. pure genious, I gotta hand it to him :O
@soocool78 Since I made that comment I've listened to all the material there is a zillion times :) I love reconciliation!
I'm a bit sad to say though that I didn't like the new EP, mortar grind made me grind my teeth... or something... But I'm still feeling hopeful that the new album will have a few songs of high quality.
