What this doesn't show is that had the UEF been allowed to match the number of T3 Bricks, Loyalists, or Harbingers with and equal number of Percivals, they would have torn straight through the other forces, even mowing down the experimentals with impunity.

Also, the Cybran commander only lost because it had been horribly damaged before hand.

I disagree with how people say the console version sucks. I have it, and it's true there are some graphical issues and lag, but that doesn't mean it sucks COMPLETELY. At least you get louder music and a larger screen to play it on! :P

@swixomix Have you ever even PLAYED the console version? I think the control scheme is somewhat better than the PC version because it utilises a build wheel for when you click on a factory, so you don't have to click all the way down the build BAR on the PC, so faster building. And if you have a good TV, the graphics can GREATLY surpass those of a computers.

@ZerosDream It probably does lag a lot if you're commanding an army of just 50 units, but I reached the max population in campaign once, and I didn't have any lag.

@Legolactic Max population in online = lag, there shouldn't be any lag in this type of game. Thats the only issue I have with this game besides some balancing issues. Btw by max pop I mean 500 units as thats the max for 360 ver.

@ZerosDream For campaign, the max is 500. But I saw options for having 750 or 1000 units in the skirmish setup, just like the PC version. And I do have Forged Alliance, a PC exclusive, and I get more lag on it than my 360, probably cause it's not designed for this type of high end gaming.

I think it was really hard to syncronize all that units in a battle. Best battle for the best rts game. Best rts because is really the best , its HARDCORE! Supcom 2 is easier to play , is for the masses and for the ocasional gamers. I think forged alliance is even better than starcraft 2

Oh my god. I can only imagine what kind of crazy future computer from space that game will require when it comes out. I have three machines that easily exceed the "recommended" system requirements and I have to run it at the lowest setting on ALL of them for it to be even a LITTLE smooth just in single-player. Our LAN party games are total lag fests and very few games are played to the end :-/

My first computer that ran the original Total Annihilation without any lost frames/lag during epic 2player battles was a AMD Athon 2000MHz, about 7 years after the game was released!! And it's MEANT to run on a 133MHz machine?? How crazy, lol:D

until you upgrade your computer they'll probably release Supreme Commander 2, so wait. I'm running it on a Core 2 Duo E6600 @2.4GHz with no problems at all except slight lag sometimes during the campaign which has huuuge maps. But nothing that would annoy me or prevent from playing efficiently.
