I say that because some of the latest most accurate polls show that 43% of people "Strongly Disapprove" of the way that Obama is performing his role as president. It looks to me that he isn't actually studying things and coming up with reasonable conclusions but that he reads something and immediately jumps to some conclusion without thinking too much about whether his hypotheses are true. He just runs with it.
