And pre-heating an oven is turning on your oven to needed degree of heat and leaving it on for a few minutes to make the air in the oven hot.

cz in many recipes to make fortune cookies, they use 3 tablespoons milk or water.,so the dough will be slightly thickened..

when you take them out of the oven, they are

more like pancakes, not cracker-like, when i put the fortune in it the dough tears.
