Yes. I can say with complete certainty that this little dude is a chipmunk. I have a backyard wildlife habitat. I have many squirrels (they take food from my hand), about 2 dozen species of birds (including 2 red-tailed hawks, 2 Cooper's hawks, 1 sharp-shinned hawk, and a Peregrine falcon. Luckily those guys don't visit often), rabbits, raccoons, a skunk (I tend to let him do his own thing, heh), and 2 chipmunks (when they come out of hibernation).

Oh, and a shitload of snails, if they count.
