I would used the leg press beacause it targets the glutes very well while minimizing the strain on the knee's. Go as far down as you can without feeling strain on your knees and make sure your feet are high on the plateform and that your hips never come off the bench.

Next day I was getting an advise from a friend of mime, and was told to run one day, pool - the other day, steam room - the other day and so on, unless you want to get a hard attack.
