All you people sure never in your life, had heard Fiorenza Cossotto!!!!!! She was "the Azucena" and Also Amneris. She sang both roles here in Teatro Colon Buenos Aires. Please, before talking, hear that recording! That doesnt mean that this mezzo is good, But is not fare, Dolora Zajick was, very much better, perhaps with not so beautiful voice. Please. Learn to hear singers before giving an opinion.! bye

Esta mujer es verdaderamente IM-PRE-SIO-NAN-TE... Es cierto que quizás su vibrato sea por momentos demasiado pronunciado, pero es INCREIBLE. Jamás escuché una versión del Liber scriptus de esta magnitud. Los graves del final... erizan la piel. SIMPLEMENTE IMPRESIONANTE, INCREIBLE.

Well, she´s bulgarian... singers from the slavic school tend to have a more pronounced vibrato.
Anyway, I think she´s magnificent.
