It's not only samsung who makes those military stuffs, Hyundai and Daewoo does it as well. K1,k2,k3,k4,xk-11(new one) are made by daewoo.

It's not Samsung Electronics(SE) but one of Samsung family company under Samsung Group. As you know, SE has many domestic and oversea's subsidiaries, maybe near to a hundred.

But SE is also one subsidiary of Samsung Group(SAMSUNG), SAMSUNG has many subsidiaries over most important industries.

They do, but that doesn't mean that they don't have a portion of their development devoted to military applications. Just like how SAAB develops Jet Aircraft such as the J35 Draken and JAS39 Gripen, and anti-tank, anti-air, artillery and armored systems under SAAB-Bofors; most people think they just make cars ;)
