Firstoff, that is hardly a "perfect" RS3. One of the bells is fouled, you can hear at one point it clears.

Second: short time reatings? What the hell is that? Obviously this shortline engineer dont know or care what that is. You will notice that this is a lease unit. I would hope for the leasers sake that the lessor is responsible for maintenance because those traction motors are gonna be shot if they do this on a regular basis.

You can hear, AND SEE the traction motor blowers going wild
