  • Your positivity is contagious go girl!

  • hello, i have a question...is it a cup of the aloe vera juice? and about a cup of cranberry juice? i just want to know the exact measurements you use!

  • @bamie21 I use 1/4 cup of aloe vera juice and about a cup of cranberry. I use the juice to make it more palatable. But now that I'm use to the aloe vera juice, I can drink it straight no chaser. One time, I mixed it with some chocolate silk and made a shake. DEE-LIC-IOUS. U should try it.

  • You look great! And your skin does too. I am going to try this and see what kinds of things it does to my body! I am going to use the real plant since we have one.

  • im going to try this!! im trying to get rid of my acne scars and lose weight!! thank u for inspiring me to do this!! :) good luck in your challenge!

  • your'e so sweet

    thank you (:

  • Dear Friend,

It was a wonderful presentation and I love it! I would like to ask you if you would like to have a home-based business with Aloe and make tons of money? Because you have everything for it and I would like to give you this chance. Once you started-you wont ever regretted because is just for you! Please let me know. My best wishes, Sonya

  • I would STRONGLY recommend to get a aloe vera plant and place a piece of the entire plant in a blender with or fresh fruits and by pass the store bought aloe Vera and juices. There is nothing better than getting something from the earth. The juices you buy from the store are processed and will not give you the full benefits of something that is hand picked from earth. ....... Try it :-)

  • @zabulun wouldn't that taste bitter with the skin on it.

  • @amarige25 Yes it very bitter if you drink it straight as it actually taste really bad, but if you mix it with other sweet fruits, you will hardly notice the bitter taste, however the aloe skin and the pulp is good for you. The same applies to making orange or lemon smoothies or juice. Don't throw away the orange or lemon peel, use it (eat it)....mix it in within the juice. Yes it's bitter, but look at the health benefits behind it.

  • @zabulun Isn't the skin slightly toxic??

  • you know....natures products are there because they work......we must take from the land....all the other manmade stuff is not so good for us.....

  • @sykorahosea thank you so much.

  • Actually acne does have a cure. So does cystic acne. I've suffered from acne for many years and have undergone many changes to try and eliminate it. All the drugs in the world of topicals didn't help. I started reading about the acne diet connection and I have come to the conclusion the cure.. or closest thing to it is an anti inflammatory diet. I avoid all inflammatory foods such as all grains(occasionally indulge) and excess sugars(ex even fructose). & I avoid high amount of omega 6 meats

  • I'm going to have to keep that in mind. I haven't narrowed down exactly what causes my breakouts, so I will be more vigilant when I eat these items to watch my skin for any signs of reaction.

  • Dont you have an aloe plant. Try using the natural aloe as much as possible. You read my mind I was thinking about doing a challenge just like this. I will. Please keep it up , you def got my support

  • @3eerht3 thank you.

  • I heard an old saying that's very true. You shouldn't put anything on your face that you can not eat. That stuck with me! I too started my own challenge bcuz I have acne problems. I use olive oil to remove the makeup, asprin mask with honey and yes , aloe vera gel for the old scars. I am into this a week and I have not had any new breakouts. I also do steam w/rosemary water to open pores to clear dirt & purities. Let's do this & I'm glad I saw your tut..well wishes & good luck!

  • @MeNoi38 you are absolutely right.

  • I have not done any exercise and I have not made any diet changes. However, I have made gradual changes like waiting 2 hours to go to bed after eating, minimizing my red meat and soda intake. However, I indulge quite frequently with all kinds of foods so I am not on a diet. However, some people underestimate how food clogs your system, so the aloe vera gel helps with that. The gel has given me a 10-pound weight loss to date. I was 168 now I'm 158. I hope to lose more naturally.

  • Hi, Can you tell me did you also do any exercise or change your diet?
