@FirstDue They are mostly a volunteer fire department. They have one man pulling a 24 hour shift at each station. There are two stations. So two stations will respond with engines. And the rest of the men show up in their vehicles.

@rykember11 Yeah he's a wpfd firefighter. Maybe his lights weren't working and so that's why he wasn't running code.
