I miss this so much :( but I think if they get back together they still won't be like they were during take this to your grave. they grew up like we all do. I know I am definitely not the same person I was when I started listening to them what makes everyone think they they are not aloud to change as well... but being a true FALL OUT BOY fan I am always waiting with open arms to see them back together
Quit being fucking celebrity douchebags and remember where you came from. I watched you at the Knights of Columbus in Arlington Heights, IL way before you became famous just because you loved your music, as did we. Pete, you say all the time everyone calls you guys Sell Out Boy. Last year when you broke-up, you couldn't have proved that notion anymore. Quit being assholes like Blink and get back together writing stuff from the old days before "Take Off Your Pants And Jacket".
@GSHUrlacher54 dude. first of all: they didnt break up. patrick has said it several times himself. second: just because their style of music changes from album to album, does not mean they are sell outs. people grow and change. no artist wants to make the same album twice. you get bored. and if they dont feel the same way they felt about things when they wrote TTTYG the music would be ungenuine. to me selling out is when you do something even if your heart isnt in it anymore.
I love how you CAN hear Patrick singing during the first songs because all you hear is the fans :) and how they don't stop smiling! The filming rocks!
I want to be in a band so bad because of FOB. I want to do this sort of stuff. It just seems so FUN. And I miss this very much. I wish they'd come out of their "break."
The dude from 0:39 was in fact probably THE Chris (Hey Chris)... I am so happy for this video, it's amazing. How they have changed doesn't stop me from enjoying this music and their talent. Amazing fans back then... Patrick's voice is still gold!
Amazing where are they now. Infinity on High was their last good album folie a Deux was such a disappointment and had nothing catchy to it. I guess i just remember when i was young, in love, and they were the cure to a broken heart.
So true, now I have a feeling I wont hear the words "By Fall Out Boy" for a long time, if ever again. The first song I always put on after a fight with a bf was "Grand Theft Autumn/ Where is your boy
This was the time they did it with joy if you see them now for example pete dresses like shit and acts like a dick and stuff the an and joe stayed good in my opinion
agreed. when they got big, they changed. one could make the argument that they "grew up" but i liked them better in the older days.
i'm not a fan of the new, hip-hoppish stuff. i guess their early songs just send me back to my high school days and give me that warm, fuzzy feeling, if you will.
they're on official "hiatus" now but to me FOB has been gone since they started working with synthesizers and jay-z.
greatest fob vid i have ever seen, there all so happy and they sing 3 awesome songs. in a way fame destroyed part of fob. Long Live The Car Crash Hearts
i'm in a band. it's the best feeling in the world to have a group of people sing with you and share the same sentiments the song had. it's like spiritual sex. either that or im weird.
I've had this version of Chicago on my iPod for a few years now, and I greatly prefer it to any other version. Especially shouting "WHATUP MOTHERFUCKERS"
Gosh fall out boy looks really happy here, I haven't saw them this happy in any of their videos, I mean sure I guess that's kinda a trade off for making it big-time, You just have to get more serious and learn to play for strangers, there isn't anything wrong with it...just different.
I've loved this song ever since I saw this video that came with the DVD on one of their albums...Like this has to be one of my favorite songs...but only acoustic like this.
This is the Fall Out Boy I dream about.3

@batman93oo And see, it differs from person to person. I think the best album, vocally, was FUCT but that TTTYG was the best ultimately
