I have a neighbor and several co workers who have been using telepathy/telepathic communication/ law of attraction to take advantage of me and steer me in the complete wrong direction. hope. Can anyone please tell me what the quickest and most effective way to reverse all the feelings and thoughts that those people have already harbored into meme because I'm getting drained. As for your protection; anytime you feel like it, ask for protection from Arcturians/ your higher guides, etc. Imagine you are protected by a shining light, like a bubble. I know this. Not from these videos, but from knowing. Let me explain. I have been aware of telepathic communication for some time. I was really confused in the beginning because of the process of becoming aware, then the mind would swallow up the memory as in a dream forgotten. Each incident would rekindle the memory of the last. Over the years I became actively aware of this and have met others that are adept or receptive. I understand and have visualized our for as beings of light.

wow this is lovely to meditate to, i feel very sleepy. When i meditate to it i feel very vulnerable though, like evry noise i hear just rattles through my body, its strange. I have currently been working on telepathy with a friend and we have no knowledge of it but we can guess each others shapes or colours that we have sent to on an other.
