I not usually a huge fan of the countertenor voice, because I feel it often lacks power. However, Kowalski does a fantastic rendition of this aria; I enjoyed this performance very much. In addition, I really appreciate the score animation. Thanks, civileso, for posting!

It's silly but I read that in Vienna, they thought Don Giovanni's music was to complex for the casual music fan to enjoy. The classical era would really have sucked without Mozart, Haydn, or Boccherini. :)

Well Beethoven was really between the Classical Era and the Romantic Era. Beethoven composed during the change of the Eras. Some elements of his music show typical Classic styles and other Romantic.
