Anonymous were responsible to keep the PS Network useless, but they don't hack it, they just used a program to send many requests. Nobody knows who stole the data and private information, but I'm sure they were Russians or Chinese, because U.S. laws do not apply to those countries...obviously. Anyway, this is the fault of Sony for having completely unprotected servers.
