The top of a tank is the most lightly armored portion, as its all a numbers game. In combat a tank is most likely to be attacked from the front, then the side and the back, so thats where most of the armor goes. Now if you enemy has these kind of missiles too, you may have some problems.

Any tank would be disabled after a hit of an AT Missile since the top of the turret is the weakest point even on modern MBT's. AT Missles are build to pierce the armor of the tank and explode inside. It would never explode like in this video. I fired AT Misslies "MILAN" on old T-34 Tanks and he didn't explode like that, not even the turret blowed off. just a small hole in the tank and a complete burned inside, the crew has a chance of 0% to survive inside because of the heat.
