@SailorShiraToph It's because in Kamen Rider Decade, Decade traveled into two alternate worlds that had Kamen Rider Black and Black RX existing as two parallel world. One where Kotaro became Black and one where he became Black RX instead. Think of it as a split in the timeline. It will get weirder in the OOO Den-O movie were the Denliner crew will make a time paradox.

In the series Kamen Rider Decade, there's an episode called Black X Black RX, where Decade visits Black RX's World and afterwards goes to another parallel world where Black never became RX. So, the one in this battle was the alternate Black.

@kecebongceking the title of the movie did read "All Rider" plus both of them had their own World during Decades tv series, and it even confused Tsukasa a bit. Then we had an epic moment of TWO Minami Koutaro standing side-by-side and transforming at the same time. They even did a Double Kick together on Apollo Giest.
