I know staunch Republicans that turned on thier own party because of Sarah Palin being selected as veep.
If she wins the nomination in 2012 (which I strongly doubt could ever happen) it would be the best thing that ever happened to the Democratic Party. Another guaranteed victory.

The Republicans I know fear for the future of their party now that somebody as divisive and marginal as Palin is a major player. The rest of us know that she's a joke.
No. I don't fear her. I know that Americans aren't that stupid yet. The fact that McCain's poll numbers plummeted after her first televised interview demonstrate this fact plainly.

Palin is the subject of this video, Kartman, that's why we're talking about her. I subscribe to this channel, so I figured that I put in my own two cents in the comments section of it after I first watched it a couple of months ago.
Until you responded to my comment a couple of hours ago, I hadn't even thought of Palin for months. Palin is an irrelevant joke. Certainly nothing to be feared. I guarantee you that she will never be on a national ticket again.
What are you trying to accomplish?

I have to say it's troubling that republicans want a leader like her, and it's not about gender it's about being fit for office. And still, 50 % of americans... christ what has happened? It should be 25 % max.

Hahahaha.... I find it very amusing how the republican party could suggest that someone who killed McCain's presidency in such a convincing way is the best option for the next presidential candidate in 2012... is this stupidity, neglecting reality or do they even not want to win a presidential race in the near future ? I thought they would be at least this intelligent to not mention her name any time again in these regards.. I was proven wrong big time ;D

Wow, that's really a surprise! I had no idea there were any intelligent Republicans but the poll showed that 23% of them don't want Palin around anymore. On the other hand, I suppose a large part of that 23% voted for Obama or didn't vote at all. These people should start their own progressive conservative party and leave the GOP to the evangelists and bigots, the types of people who love Sarah and think that she is intelligent.
