this just knocks me out. so heartfelt. It IS great to give thanks. And above all, thank you jesus for taking the sins of the world unto yourself and saving us. jesus= Love. a love so great, only a fool would say no//
It's hard growing up in Maine when you're fascinated by the latino culture and all the Latino-American personalities that come out of it. I had to keep it to myself, as far as I know I was the only teenager in my hometown who had almost all of the major albums Feliciano put out....I loved him all by myself. Now I love him with others who love him. GRACIAS MUY MUCHO!
Jose Feliciano is incapable of a bad performance. The man is so incredibly talented, any song he performs is tranformed into a sonic masterpiece. His version of "Sunny" is actually better than the original...
how does he do it, my girlfriend was shellshocked by his performance when I first played it to her, she still thinks the same as me, that this is the greatest cover ever if not the greatest song ever heard
60's music is the best! Intelligent, sentimental, and just so full of life, unlike our supposed digital era that's suppose to be "better than any other era before ours", maybe we're the unlucky ones...
I absolutely love Jose Feliciano! He is one of the most underrated male vocalists of all time. He is the master of the stringed guitar! I can only think of five other people that are as good as he is on a guitar: Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Eddie Van Halen. Imagine if those guys could all get together and play. What a jam session that would be huh?!!! And "Light My Fire" is one of my ten favorite songs of all time!
@lighthouseofhope555 I love Jose Feliciano, and agree that Carlos Santana and J. Hendrix are unique talents (noone can imitate him, specific knowledge he had!) but the rest you mentioned are just BS compare to Al Dimeola and Paco De Lucia!

This artist sings this song in what seems to be a very relaxed manner which makes this version so nice to listen to

Jose Feliciano isn't the first one to cover this song, but when he did he slayed it.
