  • some lags, but without fraping (recording) J suppose its about 30-40 yup?

  • just buy a more expensive card and you dont lag anymore

  • not trying to be offended or ath. i like US as a culture, but politically they are like a big "bullier", most of the american politic related video games ive ever played they always related to anti-Chinese/anti-communism. I meant just coz china is the biggest communism nation it does not mean they are Stalinist, actually america itself sounds more like an invader than any other countries, so stop picking on north korea or china or their militant strength, otherwise US will be punished!

  • @LHITShappy what? it should be a complement to those nations that they are used as antagonists in america video games. think about it! america has a strong military, so they want to reflect that in their video games by demonstrating wars between the US and other strong nations as well. russia, korea, and china are always antagonists in US video games because they have some of the strongest militaries. you're just looking for a reason to admonish someone, aren't you?

  • @legendarywar1 sorry it was an old comment, i can't even remember what ive written. basically i found those video games to be somewhat serving as a propaganda.

  • @Cybermouse144 asshole i have same video card and games work just fine...even crysis 2 30-40 fps, VSync is ONLY for CRD screens and doesn't give you any more quality so stfu, i bet u have intel 4004 and a VGA incorporated graphic card with 212 mb ram

  • at least my 9800gt has physix and CUDA !!!!!!!!!!!!11111

  • @doomfreezzer61 what is physix and cuda ?

  • @exoticg9 Are graphical technologies for nvidia cards only. Physix is advanced phisics for chlotes, particles, dynamic dust. CUDA is an enchancment for particles like water, smoke and liquid stuff.

  • @doomfreezzer61 Tanks bro.And my sapphire HD 4850 have something like that ?

  • my pc would swallow urs

  • It lag too much, lag even more than my old 8800 GTX (wich I retired it, and I replace it with a HD 6870, and now I'm more happy). (I don't speak english, sorry)

  • and i thought my computer lagged :=)

  • anyone here smoke bud?

  • oh man!!! get 4GB Ram at 1333Mhz and a GTX 460 or an HD 5850 :)

  • try to decrease grapich or buy an Alienware fucking noob! :@

  • Hey guise, can anyone tell me if i can play crysis good? and how good?

    CPU: 2x Intel Core 2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40 GHz

    RAM: 4 gb

    OS: windows 7 64bit

video card: Gainward NVidia GeForce GTS 250 1024MB GDDR3

    resolution: 1440x900

    Cheers!

  • @IittIebritain are you kiddin me????..wil run GREAT!!!!

  • @2pacowtlos yeah its okay.. i got that specs now and can run crysis at 28 fps (average) with High settings (only water is very high)

  • i have got 2.95 ghz dual core, 9500 gt, 2gb ram how do you think it will work

  • @fde94 get a newer graphics card and atleast 4gb of ram =)

  • Why do I get 30 to 40 fps when Im on gaming mode and im on ATI 4350 no overclock??

  • I have same card but XFX 4770... I get better fps around 40-50. Because my CPU (AMD Athlon II X4) is overclocked to 3.8ghz and I have DDR3 ram (4gb). Which is quite standard. So this card is good I mean 40-50 fps on high settings... thats good.

  • damn, leave the guy play the game how the fuck he wants, if he doesn't run it on ultra high that means he doesn't have a real gaming pc?

  • im going to be using two of these will i get better results ..

  • my HD5770 kickass

  • crysis is the most horribly optimzed game i have ever seen

i get higher fps in shattered horizon on max with higher AA and all than i do on crysis at not even max settings :|

    my system

    AMD Phenom II X4 955BE @3.57GHz

    8GB DDR3-1333 CL8 NB@2420MHz

    SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4860 1GB GDDR5 (RV790) core 866 mem 1000

    2x 750GB WD Caviar Black 7200RPM 32M cache

I daresay I have a computer of some beastitude. And the 4860 is a real card... look it up.

    Crysis is just poorly optimized.

  • nice, i have 4870 2 gb 667 ram 600w psu, and i dread to say an intel core 2 duo 1.86 GHZ and beleive it or not crysis runs fine on high and ok on very high, this proves you dont need a good CPU to run games well.

  • 20 - 25 is a bit low bro

  • @Sasuke0245 Yeah, but its still playable.

  • watch?v=dTSSRE2WWO4

  • Im getting this card when i first get my rig but when i get more money im getting the HD 5870, i want the 5970 but to much money for my blood

  • hey i just did the benchmark at 1080p, VeryHigh, and 16xQ and got 28-30fps. does the time of day affect your fps?

  • what do this config? higher fps?

  • muh specs:

ATI HD 4770x2 <===meaning have have two video cards\

    4gb of RAM....

    A790GXM-AD3, DDR3

    AMD Phenom 2...X4

  • lol i always leave anti aliasing off even though i can play it but i can't play with it up max for like 20 min before it starts laggin....and how do you get the settings on "very high"???

  • @rasheed12341 if ur going to upgrade get a 5770 ive got 1 they are awesome!!!

  • @Cybermouse144 Why? All the games i play run fine.

  • @rasheed12341

lmao i know right, crysis pisses me off so much, i has 5770, and i still cant run this at full settings lol, i have couple things at medium which gets me around 60 fps

  • @charliephayer123 How can you all get such a low FPS ?, I always have 35-40+ with this graphic card, 4 GB RAM and a Phenom II quad core 2.6 Ghz.

  • @Cybermouse144 not everyone can afford AA, and vsync is only for when your game runs over 60fps so obviously there is no point of turning it on in his case

  • @Cybermouse144 You don't need AA/AF if you're playing on the native resolution of your monitor.

    VSYNC is for synchronising fps

DO YOU THINK EVERYONE HAS MONEY TO BUY AN UBER PC?

  • @Cybermouse144 wow man you do realise fraps takes a good 10+fps when recording.

  • @Cybermouse144 how about u shut the fk up idiot

VSync is shit + Anti-Aliasing @ a high res or at the max res isn't really needed.

    Get u facts straight.

  • @Cybermouse144 Jesus christ, I can bet you are one hell of a shit gamer. The best games out there at the moment don't need any more power than this guy has. Alot of pro gamers turn down certain settings anyway to give them the edge, douche.

  • @Cybermouse144

Actually thats kinda good, cause hes in enthuseist mode and fraps on. Fps is around 25.. so kinda good. But not gaming PC.

  • @Cybermouse144 you really Know a lot abot pc's i see, v sync gives you a huge quality boost :O

  • hes playing on a high res so anti anliasin is useless VSYNCH fucks performance.

    and no quality boost

  • @Cybermouse144 how about you go die

  • @Cybermouse144 A real gaming pc? Like, spending everything you've earned in a month's work on a pc? So you can max out a stupid game like Crysis? I'd rather not play that game at all.. :\ Actually I've played it on high settings,, it looked really nice tho.. But I got bored in less then an hour.

  • @dangerturk Some people... :-) I agree completly, there are more important things than AA and VSync in the world :D. It is just a game...

  • @alekf For the price you pay on that pc to max out AA and VSync in a game like Crysis, you can go out with your girlfriend for like 50 times and not get broke :P

  • @dangerturk

    go out where McDonalds?

  • @lazybeastz182 Anything except shopping :P

  • So far I have about £240 in my system, which I have bought some new parts, some cheap used parts. My spec is... Core2 Duo e6300 @ 2.6Ghz 2 gig DDR2 667 500GB Sata 16mb HD DVD-RAM +/- RW HD4770 PCIex 512 DDR5 19" LCD 4:3 Saitek gaming keyboard Razer Abysus 3200dpi mouse Senhieser Headphones This weekend Im selling some parts to a friend, and buying a new mobo with 4 gig DDR3 1600, a G9650 and a 21.5" wide LCD. This will bring the cost up to £395. Now THATS cheap!
  • @Cybermouse144 you sound like a pretentious asshole who hates his life, but has to take pride in the shittiest, most pitiful things that you excel at, being your inability to:

    1. not be an asshole

    2. not make a fool of yourself by saying "get a real gaming pc" when gaming in general is nothing to argue about. I mean, sure, it's fun, but it's nothing more than a moving picture on a screen.

    and...

    3. get a life.

  • @Cybermouse144 go fuck u dickhead

  • @Cybermouse144 wow. u really do not know what u are talking abt. v-sync is something which limits ur fps. if u turn ir off, ull get more frames. u probably would not know that cause ur pc would just suck cock.

  • @Cybermouse144 he is recording what do you expect oh and yeah half of th hd 4770 have a problme with anti-aliasing dunno why :D

  • @Cybermouse144 Wow, really?

  • @Cybermouse144 VSYNC are a piece of shit !

  • @Cybermouse144 his PC is pretty good.......

  • why this vid not smooth?

  • Spec:

    AMD Phenom II X3 720

    4GB DDR2 800 (5-5-5-15)

    Sapphire HD4850 512MB

    Seagate Barracuda 320GB

    MSI 770T C45

    HuntkeY 80Master 700w PSU

    Min fps : 18

    Max fps : 29

  • @latlonelyboyz ewy your fps is bad.......my min fps is like 40 and my max fps is 68ish

  • @VeryNinjaLike really?

    gimme ur rig spec

if u play on HD4850 too i think u play on not higher setting than mine

average highest setting with hd4770/4850 is 30 on 1600x900

    tQ

  • fake and gay

  • this is proof that if you wan tto play high graphic type games you need to get a card with an average of 35fps - 60FPS in order to have really decent fun playing it.

  • lol watch this in TEXTp. I actually like this april fools joke and they should KEEP TEXTp. I HATE the new layout. Is the new layout part of the joke?

  • I've got the 4770 and I'm happy with it, but this game is too graphic intense to run Crysis Warhead nicely. Good Frames Per Second would be 50+. 30FPS looks too choppy.

  • Most movies run at 24 Frames per Second...

  • I forgot to mention, will run at 1280x1024

  • Why are his fps so low, will I get good fps with amd 550 BE and 4770 on crysis?

  • yep it runs slow with him because he has ddr2 ram running at 667 mhz.. it would run fine on 1066mhz or more.. i think if im wrong let me know lol

  • This game run's far better on my PC then yours:

    AMD Phenom II x4 @ 2,6 Ghz

    4 GB DDR2

    ASUS ATI Radeon 4770 HD

    Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

Guess it depens on wich configuration the 4770 HD is running and wich system you have.

  • well you have a better processor and more memory... lol and your system is 64 bit so... i think thats why its better lol

  • I gotta duel core 3600 4770 HD 2gb of ram, runs pretty good, better than this... at 1440x900 all settings on enthusiat except object quality, thats on gamer, aax2 as standard with the 4770.. the game looks utterly sumptuios, like no graphics have ever topped it

  • correction i have a 5770 XD sorry

  • why kil those crabs?

  • emergency food source maybe

  • Are these two things compatible with eachother?

    MotherBoard:

    Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4P

    Ram:

    G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066

you can look em up on newegg.

  • whats the resolution

  • it is 1680x1050 - no AA

  • im gonna try it with a hd 3200

  • Amazing graphics....

  • would I get similar performance with a 4670?

  • @ShadowWulf14 go for the 4770 if u can, much better,

  • Yeah I know, but I'm afraid my CPU will bottleneck it. (Pentium D 3.0Ghz x 3.0Ghz)

    Thanks for the advice thou

  • soz dude made a mistake, I have a 5770 HD,, had a 8400gs b4, was rubbish, didnt realise tho till i got the 5770, ... yo my AMD 3600 is running 2008mhz x 2008mhz... if u can get a gfx around the 1 i said above, u'll be flying =]

  • But won't my CPU bottleneck it? since it is kinda old... (Pentium D)

  • @ShadowWulf14 hey again, at points if u using win7 or vista it mite, but bin playing it again l8ly n managed to somehow get 8x AA everything maxed except object quality, no probs, just to clarify :- got a AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual core 3600+ windsor (pretty rubbish for nowadays), 2048 ddr2, radeon 5770 HD (flippin awesome =]) and win7... but if u want to be able for sure id opt for crysis warhead, runs quicker somehow even though the graphics are even sharper, that'll work for sure, wat GFX u got?

  • Right now the Gfx card I have is utter rubish(6800GT), which is why I want to upgrade.

btw I already own the Crysis 'Maximum' edition(Crysis, C:Warhead and C:Wars), but it only runs on low thanks to my gfx card.

Crysis is mainly a GPU heavy game which is why I wan't to upgrade my gfx card rather than the CPU just yet, only I'm afraid my CPU would bottleneck anything higher than a 9500GT or 4670...

  • its laggy =)

  • when you ask can i run it why just dont download a demo of it

  • Remember he is recording with fraps, without it he gets 20-25 fps and even 30 fps with a little tweaking.

  • Lol, svengelska.

  • lags like hell!!

  • Fucking Christ this is all anyone ever fucking ask. Go to a fucking forum!!!!!!!!!!!! AND YES TO ANSWER YOUR STUPID FUCKING QUESTION.

  • @usernamefist Nah you could play it but not on high.

  • it looks nice but,laggs!

  • Specs:

AMD Phenom II X3 720 2.8GHz - Getting a Quad would improve the FPS by like 5 or 6.

    2GB DDR2 (667 Mhz) RAM - Upgrading to 8GIG DDR3 would improve by 3 FPS.

Sapphire HD 4770 512MB - Trying upgrading the memory to 1GIG would help A LOT.

    OCZ Stealth Xtream 500W PSU - 650W

    Maxtor STM3200820A - Good enough

    MSI K9A2VM-FD - Good enough

  • Well ive upgraded since then, nothing major...

    New HDD - WD6400AAKS

    More RAM - OCZ 4GB (1066 Mhz)

Anyway all the games ive played since then fps is always 50+ with AA off.

  • @rasheed12341 yeah when u have the max resolution u dont need anti-aliasing.

  • @Legend4271 this cant be right! i went from 2gb to 4gb and get at least a 6 fps in benches and from results a mxaimum of 19 fps difference which is good.... my freind went from 2gb to 6gb and saw a little better performance than me and we are both using ddr2... so from 2gb ddr2 to 8gb ddr3 perfromance increase should be 10-30fps....

  • What setting you was using and is that 20-25FPS when you was using Fraps?

  • @Sienify without Recording. Its rather pathetic, because I get 20-30 fps with a AMD athlon 64 X2(2.0), 4gb DDR, and a 9600GSO 1gb DDR2.

  • What resolution was this played at?

  • 1680 x 1050

  • MAPLINS UK sell this card for

    £70,

    reduced from £130

(the equivilant of the 9800GT 1gb)

    i will never go above 1280 x 800 resolution!

  • So i'm really gonna play this smoothly, it'd actually sit at 1024 x 768 untill i get a new monitor.. fuck beast card for 70 quid wow....

  • so 20fps is pretty playable?

  • Will this game run well on my pc if i get the ati 4770 graphics card? AMD Phenom X4 9650 Quad-Core (2.30GHz, 1MB Cache) Genuine Windows 7® Ultimate 8GB DDR2 memory 640GB SATA hard drive (7200rpm) ( i want to change this graphic card) 512MB NVIDIA® GeForce G100 graphics Blu-Ray Disc Player and DVD Rewriter 6x USB and 2x FireWire ports VGA / DVI and HDMI video output 10/100 network LAN port
  • @arq195 yes but i suggest you overclocking your CPU to about 2.8 or higher preferably

  • is it overclockable, how do I do it and what power supply do i need?

  • It is. Although I'd suggest you get two of the cards if that's possible and xfire them (stick both of them in your pc).

  • thanks, btw how do i find out how many watts my power supply is?

  • Dunno, It is usually written on it. If you open it but don't know how does it look, then it's a relatively big box with a big fan at the bottom of it, and usually a smaller one that can be seen when the case is closed, it's the part of the pc in which you plug in the power cable or cord. I must apologize for my crappy english.

  • thanks. what power supply do i need for the 4770's?

  • a 430w may do, but I think that a 550-600w would be the best choice, because then you'd have some O.C. headroom for a while.

  • Of course, you could also do with a 5750/5770, they are more future-proof, and they are faster, although they cost twice as much, but you would only need 1 if you are going to game in 1280*1024

  • thanks. I think the 4770 will do.

    I really appreciate your help

    arq195

  • You're welcome, I hope you won't encounter any problems whilst upgrading your pc. And if you choose to buy two of 4770's, you should check if you have 2 pci-ex 16x slots on your motherboard before you buy them, if you don't, you won't have a place to stick the card in :D

  • ok. i have 2 slots, but i think i might just stick to one now and if i need to i might do crossfire. I will hopefully getting this card next week. If i do then i will post some gameplay vids up. Thanks arq195

  • @emshains is this the right one?

    bit(dot)ly(forward slash)8Tg194

  • yes, a pair of them will be great, if you can crossfire' them.

  • @emshains thanks very much. I'll stick to one for now though. I'll post new videos soon showing the results of games using the card.

  • @emshains how many graphics card slots or whatever, does it take?

  • Two pci-ex 8x. 16x speed would be great, but you can only get two 16x pci-ex slots with intel x58 chipset.

  • @emshains hi, have you got msn or anything so we can talk properly? send it via pm. So it doesn't take any graphics cards slots, its pci?

  • never crossfire.

  • why ?

  • a single kick-ass card like the hd5870 or gtx280 is better since dual-gpus just cause to much issuses like micro-lag. its still not full developed yet.

  • No. Two 4770's are cheaper than hd5870, and the gtx280 is already outdated. Although, the 5870 would kick the xfire's ass.

  • i dont care for the price. read again what i ment. also the 280 isnt really outdated. many ppl would be proud to have one.

  • i wanna buy this graphics card

is it worth the money ?

  • Get the 4870, nearly twice as better.

  • ey whats the resolution???

  • @paskii5

    I have no idea

  • At 0:08 in the graphics options it says 1680x1050....

And to the owner of this video, seriously, change the resolution! Downscale it to 1440x900! I guarantee your FPS will increase and it will still look amazing.

  • @arcticf0x8 Why? i finished the game ages ago with like 25-30 fps

  • What do you mean why? I wasn't telling you to do anything...

I was just explaining why his rig with a 4770 would get higher FPS then your rig with a 4770.

  • @rasheed12341 hey what your graphics and gaming grpahics score?

  • Umm.. dude, you need a better power supply. A Phenom Tri-core needs 95watts and a Radeon 4770 needs 450watts.. Now add that up. Thats 545watts. That's probably why you're getting such low fps.... Of course you can try overclocking too :D

  • lol, the graphics card alone doesn't draw that much, when they write rewuirements they presume you have a pretty powerful pc.

  • HD 4770 dont need 450 w its the recommendation for the whole PC ,the card itself uses ~100w at full load.

  • ATi Radeon 4770 use 60w in idle and 85W in full load... even SLI GTX280 dont use 450w....

  • nice max settings with no AA i will get this card soon. how is the temp on the card?

  • in indoor places i got 60 fps /sec

  • with 1.66 ghz processor 1 gb ram and radeon 3650 i get 300/100 :D fps/sec and 1 gb ram :D 3 fps/s sec all gamer without shadows mainstream :O

  • On a 1280x1024 resolution :P

  • Comment removed

  • He's getting lower FPS because well duh he is recording the video can't you people read the description!?

  • He says he's getting 20-30 without recording anyways. That's barely playable..

  • Actually on Crysis its well optimized, 25FPS is very playable.

  • I completely agree, 25 FPS is about what a standard TV-set produces.

  • for me its not.. when i get 25 it lagss

  • WRONG i dont know but for me just 45-60 its playable

  • It's based on the system, also.

He only has 2GB of RAM, and it's only clocked at 667MHz. Regular DDR2 gaming RAM is clocked at 800MHz. Regular DDR3 gaming RAM is clocked at 1333MHz.

Also, he has a 512MB card, 1GB cards are more common.

  • Let me ask you, have you ever played Crysis before?

  • barely playable on an athlon xp with a 3 quad graphics card!

you can still switch to vga lol

i wonder what its super texture is gonna eat up..

  • dude anything at 15 or higher on crysis is playable

  • With my computer I get 1 FPH

  • What about getting a DDR3 2Gb 1333Hz?

    and a Sapphire Radeon HD4890 :P

    would this fix the fps?

  • man your getting low fps bcz of your ram get the ddr2 800 or even 1066 to get really got fps

  • im guessing that this guy have 4770 but a low other spec

  • WTF? I had more frames on 4770 oO

  • ops sorry my bad i didnt see your moreinfo..

  • wow awesome what PSU do you have? i usually hate graphic cards that needs extra PCie power cause my 500watt is having a problem on "X1650 Pro" yeah! good FPS with high resolution! + recording ..what more FPS increase in 1280x1024 i guess 60+FPS!

  • 1:05 =))

  • this is an example of an unoptimized system in this video. there is no excuse for fps this low. hell I can run this game on my old 2.2gz AMD/8600gt just as well.

  • I made this vid after a clean install of xp.

  • dont you think 2 gig of ram is a bit too little?

imo 4 or 6 is a good amount.... well, nice rig btw, im thinkin bout doing my first build, do you have any advice?
