  • NADER/Gonzalez = WE the PEOPLE

Democrats and Republicans = THEY the CORPORATION$

    * "Spoiler" is a politically bigoted word used by the opposing parties to keep the independents out of the race.

    * The two headed Democrat and Republican monster is not

to be trusted as they've proven over and over!

    * No more Pay-Or-Die Healthcare $ystem!

    We Want Single-Payer like Canada!

  • What do you think would happen to the economy if we switched directly from a privatized system to a single payer healthcare system?

Since its impossible for Nader to win, does it even matter whether he's for SPHC? Voting for Nader won't bring us any closer to a better HC system. In fact, it will push us away from it. If you vote for Nader, you're likely to get McCain's market healthcare that will make the # of people without coverage soar...whereas Obama's plan would increase that number.

  • NADER/Gonzalez CAN win despite the corporate controlled media favoring their RepubliCrat partY pet.

Now is the time to vote Nader/3rd party more than ever!

    >* NO more PAY-or-DIE Healthcare $ystem!

    >* We-The-People must be the media** online

    GO TO:> thirdpartyticket[dot]com

    We Want Single-Payer like Canada!

  • I'm not trying to be an asshole, but the chances Nader could win are very low. No third party candidate has ever won. Nader is never on mainstream media TV news, which how most people get their political news. Either Obama or McCain will win. I'm not saying these things are right or wrong, just looking at them objectively. Personally I will vote Obama even though I am more liberal than him on many issues. Having 4 years of McCain & Palin at this critical time would be disastrous.

  • jkerouac, I don't think you payed any attention to what NADER said in the video above. Nader sums it up better than I do. Watch and *listen*!

    >* "Spoiler" is a politically bigoted word used by the opposing parties to keep the independents out of the race.

    You'd be Played-A-Fool supporting the RepubliCrat$ again!

    NADER/Gonzalez = WE the PEOPLE

    Democrat/Republican partY = THEY the CORPORATION$

  • Alright well we disagree. I'm going to vote for the guy who can actually help this nation and also prevent McCain from screwing the nation up. Do what you want. But it'll be pretty fucking annoying when you bitch about how bad a president McCain when you could've voted against him.

  • You might find this interesting:

    watch?v=fpAyan1fXCE

If you really care about changing the health care system...why not vote for Obama, who will start to improve it, rather than risk getting McCain, who would make the system far worse? Have you look at his plan, which is a sick joke on the American people? Are you aware of what McCain's plan would do? Specifically regarding employers providing healthcare? Perhaps now isn't the time to vote 3rd party.

  • you know, i love nader, and everything he stands for. But i cannot see him being president. This man lacks the charisma of Obama. Or the lovable wrinkles of mccain.

  • What the man lacks is corporate money.

Obama and McCain have plenty of that.

Obama just backed out of the Google debates. He can give various reasons, but reason #1 is because Ralph Nader would be standing right across from him.

A candidate is supposed to have political courage.

    Something Obama lacks.

  • You have more accountability and better service when there is more then two parties in your system, Ask any Canadian,Brit,Aussie,Kaiwaig ect..

Minority governments, Are about comprising and negotiating, That even small swing vote parties have enormous power since the ruling party is forced to cut deals with them to get their bills passed!

  • If people voted for the right wing independents parties, Nader wouldn't be a problem. Vote Nader on the left or Vote Chuck Baldwin on the right.

Everyone who doesn't fit into the Rep/Dem should unite and collaborate and assist each other to give America more choice and alternatives.

  • Gringoman; That's brilliant!

  • In this land of the free where anybody can run for goverment office why limit ourselves to just 2 parties who cant answer a simple question yes or no you get a long story and I never hear the answer sometimes forget the question. Bush's view on Skull and Bones UNEXCEPTABLE. It's so secret I can't even talk about it. Being president means your life is an open book or how are people going to make up their minds based on what they want you to know not all the facts is decietful. Your a Brave Man

  • Get Ralph on Larry King Live! Send your viewers choice request to larrykingguests@cnn . com

If enough people request Ralph, the likelihood of him appearing will be high. Perhaps we could also persuade the LKL producers to host an unofficial one-on-one debate between Ralph and one of the major candidates or an advisor for one of the campaigns.

All it takes is a few seconds of your time. What have you got to lose? Even if you find the debate idea to be unrealistic, it doesn't hurt to try.

  • Nader is a junkyard dog for justice!

  • AMEN!!

  • I tell those Democrates, "Please don't run."

They can not win. Ask Al. Ask John John.

Ralph Nader is running on a platform of Single Pay National Healthcare, pulling out of Iraq, taking the military budget and spending it on education and infrastructure.

They are taking votes from Ralph Nader will fulfill his promises.

Ralph Nader has been to Washington before. And thank you Ralph Nader for the Blue Sky today and when I wrecked, thanks for the seat belt and laminated glass. And OSHA etc etc

  • Exactl 44MONTEREY.

Every time a Democrat says that Ralph Nader is stealing votes away from them and that he can't win I say:

1st you can't steal votes away from people that had never earned them

2nd the Democrats lost to the WORST President in US history- TWICE!!!

The Democrats in the senate have an approval rating lower than Bush.

    Talk about an unelectable party.

3rd As Jon Stewart said to Nader:

"ONE THING NOBODY HAS NEVER SAID is that Ralph NADER WASN'T RIGHT."

    Nader 08

  • Nader is right. It is no one else's business whether or not he runs. By the same token, it is no one else's business to tell me who to vote for. I'm not even saying who I will vote for. Maybe I'll vote strategically depending on whether I live in a swing state, or maybe I have my mind made up already. Maybe his candidacy would contribute to a DFL defeat, and maybe it won't. But I know one thing for sure. When we outlaw third parties we bring ourselves that much closer to a one party state.

  • Nader will fight for us all.

  • Run, Ralph, Run!

  • I satanire satire sure why not?

I like to call it conspiracy terrorism.

  • The Democrats and the Republicans are two wings of the same bird. I wish everyone would vote third party. A large turnout for Ralpf Nader, Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin would send shock waves through Washington!

  • URGENT MESSAGE 4 NADER SUPPORTERS,

Ralph Nader's name is not on every state ballot 4 you 2 be able 2 vote 4 him. Unlike Obama & McCain, whose names are automatically on all state ballots, NADER supporters need 2 petition 2 get his name on the ballot 2 prevent being denied the right 2 vote in this so called democracy.

You need to visit his website & go 2 tab called TAKE ACTION 2 find out what do.

Help spread the word around youtube.

Ralph Nader 2008- A candidate worth fighting for.

  • Ralph Nader supporters, be part of an online virtual movement for Nader. Save some of his best videos on your favourites and promote nader on all candidates videos from Kucinich, Edwards, Gravel, Hillary, Obama, and Ron Paul videos. You'll be able to direct people directly to his videos.

Also visit his website to find out how to get Nader onto every state ballot.

And help get Nader into the Presedential debates to get national coverage.

  • Our comitment sends a strong message to those who present obstacles that we believe Ralph Nader is a candidate worth fighting for.

    Ralph Nader 2008

  • Ralph Nader needs to get onto the Daily Show with Jon Stewart to get some national coverage directly to the young voters currently voting Obama, to make them aware of what he stands for. They need to know that Nader is commited to reducing military spending that adds to the debt whilst Obama is commited to increasing it, that Nader has unambiguous commitment for troop withdraw, won't be dragged into war with Iran under influence of AIPAC. He's the real CHANGE in this turning point election.

  • I will vote for Nader because he's the only candidate I can listen to comfortably for a few minutes without feeling patronized or thinking "Ok, that was a nod to this lobby, and that was a nod to that lobby, and that was the standard lip service all candidates have to pay, and that was to distance himself from Muslems...(and on and on)".

Nader's all substance without the fluff. Of course he's not likely to win this time, but voting for him is one major blow to the current ridiculous system.

  • It's actuall the same election as 04' all over again:

Bush/ McCain - warmongers- continue both endless wars

Kerry/ Obama - Demowarhawks- end Iraq war, but redeploy troops to Afghanistan & continue the occupation in Iraq which his own don't realise

Nader 04/08- only hope- end Iraq war & Iraq occupation

    Watch youtube video entitled:

"Ralph Nader on Ending the Occupation of Iraq (2004)"

compared with Obama's interview with Amy Goodman on youtube video:

"Amy puts Obama in the hot-seat"

  • RUN!!!

The 2 party system must be toppled!!!

  • very nice

  • I say RUN NADER RUN. I am for you. 2000 and 2004 elections were stolen, not lost! Stolen NOT by Ralph Nader but stolen by George W. Bush.

In times like these, we need Ralph Nader and others who will stand for peace and a just and democratic society. Stop fooling yourself that this will come from the two headed beast called the Democratic and Republican parties.

  • Obama, Mccain will not willingly debate Nader, they wopuld be made fools of. Corporate fascism is comming to an end, Obama and Mccain will just delay this fact and cause more suffering.

The people want this war, they want a war on corporate terrorists and they will get it and win. Nader-for now!

  • I agree with the coming to an end part. I don't think you appreciate the enormity of the task however. 1st time any pres has ever mentioned the power in the shadows was Eisenhower in his farewell address, but didn't do anything about it. When Kennedy, after the missile crisis decided to dismantle the military ind complex, started backdoor talks with Khrushchev to end the Cold War and issued an order to withdraw from Vietnam he was assassinated. Khrushchev was removed from power 1 yr later.

  • later in 1985 Gorbachev was successful in dismantling an empire largely because military leaders stood behind him as they realized that the experiment went wrong especially in Afghanistan and EEurope. 2day Obama is in a similar position. He is treading on thin ice though. There are still factions of the military industrial establishment who are dangerous to the very life of any politician who doesn't play ball. I have no doubt if Nader had a chance he would have to make speeches at AIPAC 2 etc

  • This election has to be the turning point and this time it's possible if we get everyone to join an online grassroots movement for Ralph Nader just like the Ron Paul supporters were everywher on youtube and blogs and kept e-mailining the corporate networks which only now williningly invite him to come on as they say it increases their ratings. That's what we have to do for Ralph Nader. We're not a minority movement, we're a silenced majority.

    Ralph Nader 2008.

  • "The only waisted vote is a vote for a candidate you don't whole-heartedly believe in." -Ralph Nader

  • Help Ralph Nader get into the Presidential debates. Gogle are open to arranging a debate to include Nader.

Watch and act on and leave comments on youtube video entitled:

"Let Ralph Nader Debate - at Google Debates!"

    Nader 2008

  • madashelldude....

I don't vote for Nader because I want to obstruct Gore, Obama, or anyone else from winning. I vote for Nader because his views are more closely in line with the views I share. I vote for Nader because when he says something, he stands by it. Unlike the other two. A vote for what you believe is worth alot more than a vote you will regret. You don't know this Nader supporter, so please don't make generalizations about what's in my heart. Doing so makes you uninformed,& irrational

  • completly agree with you.

Please help Ralph Nader get into the 2008 Presidentail debates. Google are open to including Nader in a debate.

Please go to and leave commens on youtube video entitled:

"Let Ralph Nader Debate - at Google Debates!"

    Ralph Nader 2008.

  • simple1223: there is a difference between words and actions. Nader in his words is a leftist. In his actions, because the way the US electoral system is set up is in fact an opponent of the most basic electoral interests of the people who vote for him. If you don't understand basic electoral concepts do a wiki search on proportional representation, read about EU but please all of you Nader supporters just once try 2 give me a rational answer, stop behaving like cons! What is his electoral plan?!

  • the goal of your voting in a democracy is that the next 4 years you get representation in the highest seats of power. what representation are you getting from voting for Nader?! In fact you guarantee that you will have no representation whatsoever and to add insult to injury you also increase the chances of a right wing fanatic getting into power.

  • Don't run! You are smart man and a thoughtful man. Don't run until you can change the rules.

    Idiot!

  • Great video.

To all Ralph Nader supporters, to make an impact in this election we need to force the media to recognise the support behind him as they finally did with Ron Paul thanks to his supporters and his performances in debates.

Create an onlive grassroots movement as Ron Paul supporters did in saying vote Ralph Nader 08' in political videos for other candidates to make your voices heard.Encourage $5 dollar online donations like Ron Paul & Obama did to get record online public finacing.

  • Got my vote Ralph!

  • Run! The argument for running is based on solid premises. To say that he would steal votes from democrats or republicans, is in my opinion not a reasonable argument. AND if voting republicans meant eternal war in Iraq and voting democrats meant a new war in Iran, I would definitely vote for a third party (the green or libertarian)if voting for them meant to move towards no war.

  • Ralph Nader intellectually breaking it down.

    LOVE IT.

  • this is why i love ralph nader.

  • thanks for running, ralph.

  • I would tell ANYONE who CAN NOT WIN not to run because you're just stealing votes!!! Yeah I have the right to run too but all I would do is steal a couple hundred democratic votes from Obama and, as we have all witnessed, a couple hundred votes can sway an entire election! Yeah, Nader! Don't run! Ramp it up! Fix the system yeah! Then once you have a chance, Please run! I will vote for you then! But you don't have a chance and you are stealing votes from the good guys!

  • check out my video response. It explains why in Federalist 10 James Madison is begging Americans not to form political parties. He knew that more than 2 parties will in effect torpedo the system they set up. Nader and his supporters have no practical answer to this problem. they will call you names, you are "bigoted","authoritarian" etc because supposedly their personal rights to "voice their opinion" is violated by pointing out the obvious,as if their personal rights trump the nations interests

  • This argument is based on flawed assumptions. First, he assumes that on every issue there are only two points of view. Second, he assumes that Nader's views are similar to Obama's. You should read Nader's platform, then compare that to Obama's, and see if they are really arguing for the same things. You might be surprised at what you find.

  • I have a practical answer. Institute instant runoff voting. But do you honestly think that either Obama or McCain are going to go for that? And even if they did, do you think it even has the slightest chance of being passed through a Congress dominated by the 2 major parties, that owe much of their job security to the current system?

  • now that's a real answer. IRV is the solution here and I have news for you: the only national politician who supported IRV with more than just empty words is Barack Obama who proposed IL legislation to actually do it. Yes, I believe he will actually sign it into law if there are enough dems to ram it through congress. It's all about how many progressives are in congress and who's the pres. so if you really care about 3rd parties and you understand the conundrum we are facing you vote Obama08

  • Obama also proposed a law to make the nuclear power companies like Exelon publish immediately to the public any contaminations. He changed it after meeting with Exelon executives to match what the republicans wanted. If you check out the gov campaign finance website you would see that Exelon gave Obama over 230,000. He left those victims of nuclear pollutants behind and sold out to the Exelon. Obama is owned by the military industry and the corporations. Look at where all his money comes from.

  • that tells us a lot more about the sad situation our politics is today than Obama. Fact is Obama raised money from more than 1 million individuals 1st time in history. now he might have to pander to the rich & powerful before he gets into office, if not for anything else but to stay alive (c MLK Jr) But I doubt he would be worse than John McCain. What Nader supporters don't consider is what Hartmann explains in my video response: what's the alternative in the real world, not in Nader land?!

  • as long as people like you keep us choosing the lesser of two evils (NEWSFLASH) we will

    STILL GET EVIL.

some people are tired of trying to vote for the least worst. obama is in bed with the corporations and military lobby (cAIPAC) and if you don't believe that it takes the willful suspension of facts.

  • as long as people like you are unable to understand a simple logical argument we will have repubs in office instead of dems. You have to do things in a logical order ow you will never achieve your goal. 1) IRV 2) multiparty represent 3)a 3rd party president. It cannot be done in any other order. The system does not allow it. It's so frustrating to argue irrational people who didn't learn civics and are unprepared to understand basic notions like "winner take all" vs "proportional represent"

  • btw, isn't "EVIL" bush-talk?! just wondering ;)

  • good fucking call

  • Excellent. I still doubt that enough people in Congress would be willing to back it, though. We shall see...

  • You act like some how the democrats OWN those voters. You are assuming that these voters are mindless and will vote automatically for the democrats. Why would a person vote for a candidate who stands completely opposite to their views on the various issues. For one Obama will continue to use blackwater army. Obama was bought out by nuclear company Exelon back in Illinois. They gave him 230,000. Obama and Mccain both said they will increase military spending. I would never vote against my morals.

  • I am sad that civics is not taught in the USA anymore. apparently even spelling it out as clearly as Hartmann does, doesn't help some. This is not about assuming this or assumig that. Read Federalist #10. Also read how parliamentary systems work in Europe where multiple parties are possible. Also read about instant runoff voting. The US system is not set up for more than 2 parties. You have to understand the basics of government to have a meaningful conversation about this issue.

  • He's not stealing any votes from Obama as Obama doesn't own people's votes. Both parties act entitled to votes, yet the constitution doesn't say only a Democrat and Republican can run for President? I'm sure Ralph Nader won't be the only independent that runs this year, yet he is the only one told he can't run because they know he poses a credible threat.Ron Paul also poses a credible threat if he runs. No one has to vote for them but people have the right to have the choice.

  • "Obama doesn't own people's vote"= strawman, a logical fallacy. the discussion is not who owns what but who's going to be the next pres of the USA: it's going to be either Obama or McCain, NOT Nader, Paul or Barr. Neither of these 3 have a chance. Anybody voting for these will hurt his/her own side because he is not voting for the future pres closest to his rational interest. I understand protest voters: in a dictatorship elections have no stake you can be a protest voter; not in a democracy

  • People said McCain couldn't win the Republican primary running, yet out of nowhere he made a NH comeback & accelearated to win.People thought Obama wouldn't win yet here he stands as the nominee. After Obama's win in Iowa and his series of succeses after super tuesday people siaid Hillary couldn't win yet she cameback in NH & cameback in Texa- Ohio to win many states inclding SD on last day that he won the nomination to narrow a 1% difference in the popular vote either way.Anything can happen.

  • Nader can easily appeal to:

anti war base/2 young bipartisan supporters of Ron Paul's foreign policy that are against US tax payers money funding militart aid 2 Israel & 2 military dictators like Musharff in Pakistan that backfires on US national security by antagonising other nations/2 Kucinich supporters who want to impeach Bush & Cheney/ 2 people who like the rhetoric of Obama & McCain in being anti corporate/ 2 Hillary supporters that want an alternative 2 Obama that isn't McCain

  • The only reason why Ralph Nader can't win is because the system is fixed as the corporate media won't allow him 2 be in the Presidential debates which is where they get maximum exposore & because he's only on 10 state ballots 2 prevent people voting 4 him.The constitution doesn't say only 2 parties can run. UK has an established 3rd party that may not win but plays a major role in influencing policy indirectly by challeging the parties 2 reflect the people's views. That's what Nader offers.

  • kkvh4026: you simply don't understand the basics of US electoral politics. the UK is a parliamentary democracy, you can't compare it to the US, a winner take all system. Watch the video response to this video. it explains why Nader shouldn't run: he, like any 3rd party candidates perhaps intentionally perhaps not, is subverting the system. yes, this argument is not in the Constitution: it's in Federalist Paper #10.

  • I don't see a major difference because you have state elections for seats in congress and we have local election for parliment seats, and you have general elections for the governing party as do we. If both can have 2 parties, then it's perfectly posible 2 have 3 parties. What's the big difference?

  • the fact that you don't see the major difference between winner take all and proportional representation, says it all. In winner take all Nader, a left wing underdog can take away votes from the actual contender because unlike in the UK the vote %s don't translate to seats in Congress. In other words in the UK Nader would be in a COALITION with Obama because both are leftists, or he would be in coalition with either the left or the right and have a chance of actually getting cabinet positions

  • The video you're referring to absolutely doesn't "explain why Nader shouldn't run." The guy expresses his personal *opinion* (he labels it himself as such several times) on the US election flaws and he urges people to get involved in politics.

Please, try not to reduce other people's message to your over simplistic interpretation, thanks.

  • yes it does explain it: in the UK Nader voters don't throw their votes away and no matter how small the %, if it's 5% or more they get seats and real power in the government as they contribute to the coalition victury not detract from it. In the USA many who ow would agree with Nader don't vote for him because they understand that their vote goes out the window and that Nader is not a team player since the system doesn't allow him to be one. if Nader wanted change he would do what Kucinich does.

  • no it doesn't "explain why Nader shouldn't run." This is your own conclusion from the video and absolutely not the point the guy's making.

The point he IS making is that everyone should get involved in politics because the system is broken.

You are untitled to your own opinions but don't make people say what they didn't just to support your theories.

  • oharawinter: you outright falsify quotes, that is so right wing. If you quote another person at least have the intellectual integrity not to misrepresent what he says. the point was that a vote for Nader is a protest vote against Obama and that protest votes are only rational in places where you have no prospect of getting a reasonable candidate. That's the problem with Nader supporters: they are in their heart obstructionists and irrational. as 4 the video, anyone can decide 4 him/herself ;)

  • "it explains why Nader shouldn't run" are your EXACT words. How is that falsification? The context I took it from does not alter the meaning of the sentence whatsoever, so no need for name callings...

Your certitude to know what's in Nader supporters' hearts is what I would call "irrational." Voting for Obama despite the plethora of evidences that he's corporate owned is what I would call "irrational."

Go ahead and say he shouldn't run, I'd rather spend my time asking why he's banned from TV.

  • "You can protest in a dictatorship but not in a democracy"

wow... That's got to be the most nonsensical (to stay polite...) thing I've read in a long time.

"it's going to be either Obama or McCain, NOT Nader, Paul or Barr."

says who? Ho yeah, I forgot... FOX/CNN... Now that's "reality"...

  • talk about patriotism. he is the real deal. he has proven himself to be maybe the only person in our governmental system with integrity. mr. nader will be vindicated in the history books, i believe.

  • Vote Nader!!!

  • Who represents the people at a majority level? People for the proper electorate feasibility of voting in a majority mandate already demonstrated by the limelight achievements over a huge career track deserving the proper CAP of serious leadership and credibility that makes the most sense? NADER of course. Failure is not an option, voters! Start welcoming majority representation by a true leader for PEOPLE not profit, public interest and democracy! NADER can and should win!

  • NADER WILL WIN!

  • Nice thought, but probably unrealistic...the American sheeple will elect one of the two communists out of a "sense of duty."

  • let us remember...

Nader and Gonzalez are spreading a great consciousness...perhaps even more important than winning the election...after all, it's the people who have the power to change en mass--not the few little worms who run the show! lose or win--they are changing the direction of the spin!

  • beware the red guards

    beware the blue lords

    beware of the lefts

    beware of the rights

third parties of the world! unite!

    citizens of the world! fight!

    we will rise!

  • RUN strong and never stop, Ralph! We NEED you!! You and Kucinich are the ONLY candidates I have ever been able to wholeheartedly and proudly vote FOR!! I will NEVER vote for a "lesser of ..." candidate!

    I see Nader getting 34% of the vote in Nov, which will be a WIN. :-}

  • Nader, Ron Paul, Gravel and Kucinich are all candidates I could support, though a couple have since dropped out of the race. Why we would wish to silence any member of this outspoken yet effective and politically-sound collection of individuals is beyond me.

  • 2002 Ron Paul said what would happen.. sure as shit he was 110% right. I can't remember another politician that was able to tell the truth. And has from the very start. That is what America needs. Change.

    Vote Ron Paul.

  • Don't talk politics with me. I am not interested in politics I am interested in change. And that is what Ron Paul is about. Maybe when I am in a retirement home I will enjoy stories more.

  • RUN NADER!! take some votes away from OBAMA!! id love it if you ran!!!

  • Good!

  • I recall not that long ago when Edwards and Ron Paul were still factors in their respective parties...and Nader kept telling people when they asked if he would run, he would tell them he was going to wait to see what happened. Then Edwards dropped out, The republicans made one of the worst possible choices (not picking Ron Paul), and then he began to announce his candidacy. I recall it was on meet the press. If I am remembering right.

  • Nader continues to make a point and the children of the ephemeral race continue to insist that he not exercise his granted given right. We are all guilty of admitting that he could never win, but it is attitudes like that that reveal our true colors; that is, we are pessimists and lack the spirit of belief.

  • Ralph is totally correct: he has every right to run!! it's ridiculous how people have twisted RN is into this spoiler/scapegoat when it's the SYSTEM that is f'ed up.

  • Nader, Kucinich & McKinney are the ones making sense... Ron Paul is one tough courageous man pointing to the feds reserve debacle but his fundamentalist republican deregulation & government anilihation is deeply flawd for without rules of engagement capitalism sinks into fascism as we all can plainly see with Enron, oil prices & wars... But first put them traitors from the executive branch in prison to regain dignity and balls... Just a hint : before you export democracy, try having it at home !

  • I actually do agree with this JFWilliam. Perhaps I was a bit quick moments ago in lumping Ron Paul in, though his energy and commitment is definitely praiseworthy. If Ron Paul would select Kucinich as his running mate, and actually take into account his political views and opinions, voting for him would become more palatable for some of us (i.e. - relatively "liberal" Libertarians).

If these men could campaign together to end the war, there's no telling the impact they might have.

  • Problem is the GOP are corrupt at 95% and DEMs at 75% as would say RKJ...

Nader's analysis is flawless (check my clip HIGHEST BIDDER) but the electorate is now 50% constituted of functional analphabets and 90% of the rest are media victims... not much can be done with such a populace...Good job Mindfuck Inc. we couldn't rule the mob without your diligent efforts ! "A cynical, mercenary, demagogic press will produce in time a people as base as itself" - Joseph Pulitzer

  • If they can't vote for him something is wrong.. Because he is running for president.

  • to: Advocacycorporation- True there are higher motives other than profit and that role, that aspiration should be the BASE of any politician and elected government persons. BUT it cannot possibly apply to the everyday person who must live by the fruits of his labors. Even corporations, that are NOT benefitting by government largesse ie phony money.

  • Eh Ron Paul... and this guy would do great together. But I would vote for Ron. His record his votes his speech about the war in 2002 he nailed what would happen in the future 110%.

Nader.. is too soft. Ron is solid like a rock. But kind... and for America that would be the greatest thing to ever happen to it. Strong and caring... not strong and ruthless like Bush. Or Strong and dumb and senile like Mckain. Or soft and emo like Hillary...

  • Nader is kinda and to soft. Against the sharks in government would fold like thin cheese.

Vote Ron Paul. Bring real economic change and end war. Bring your loved ones home.

  • ROn PAul is not running in a third party, I don't think the peopl can even vote for him. And I might add, I don't advise it. What I do say is vote for Nader to kick the political elites in the teeth. We can't let them keep doing this to us.

  • The fact his own party dislikes him and have attacked him should tell you something. I don't doubt Nader would be good. But Ron Paul and his platform is what NEEDS TO BE DONE! Electing Ron Paul would be a bigger kickin in the teeth. Ron has the youuth attention something that noone since JFK has done that.

That speak louder and more boldly then anyone else could. Me or you.

  • I am the one of young people. Well not that young.. old enough to know better.... but young enough to do it again. :)

Most of us never even heard of the guy. People I game with 16 different online games I might add all talk about him. There is a buzz on the net about Ron Paul that is unmatched. RON IS THE MAN ... why? Cause he chooses to be. If he became president I would just have to wonder if his radical views would get him in the same boat as JFK...

  • Nader is running independently, so "his own party" dislikes him, does not make sense. The Green Party, the party RN ran with in 2000, will be conducting their national convention in July to be determine their their presidential candidate (likely Cynthia McKinney). Ralph Nader was welcome to run for GP presidential nomination, but preferred to run as an independent, entering the race months before the GP convention. But his platform continues to be green and many greens support him.

  • Wow you typed out that whole thing. Should not jump the gun and assume. I said Ron Paul's party does not like him. As he had the balls to say they lost their way. Try reading more carefully the next time.

The greens are a joke, Their cause is great but they are a joke. Well all politicians are a joke. But Ron Paul says it like it is tells us truth about the government not tell us stories. I never liked stories. Their a waste of everyone but children's time.

  • I will never get back the 2.45 seconds I wasted watching this or the 30 seconds I took to post this.

  • What ever happened too Common Sense,Ralph Nader is probally the "Best" person too run our Government.POWER of the PEOPLE,Freedom of our Souls-pass it on,pass it on, too the young and old.

  • Thank you for running in 2008! I would have no reason to go the polls if if weren't for you!!!

  • Democrats and NeoCon Republicans are the Spoilers as are members of CFR.

  • We love you Ralph Nader!!! you got our vote!

  • He'd make a great President compared to the two popular Puppetdents.

  • ron paul/nader 08 how bout that ticket

  • Nader's great...once you get past his heavy endorsement for the Brady campaign, an emotion-playing anti-gun group of morons. Combine that with his socialist policy's, and you're better off backing Kucinich.

  • Ralph Nader has hit one out of the park again. He deserves to win the election in 2008.

  • Thanks, DebbieKat. For those who don't know, Instant Run-off Voting comprises selecting first- and second-choice candidates. Should no candidate win with at least 50% of the first-choice votes, the election resorts to the instant run-off, adding the number of second-choice votes to determine the winner.

  • Our Bicameral Brains are our greatest weakness to the pressures of external authorities. Until people evolve to a point where their brains have reached "Self Awareness", we will continually obey the "Voices of Gods". Most "Bipartisans" have bicameral brains. Nader fans are few and far between due to the evolutionary jetlag of the bicameral species known as human beings.

  • People can be born bicameral, are artificially manhandled backwards into the lower state of consciousness. Artificial methods include religion, toxic food additives, child abuse/torture, "education/re-education", others. So Ralph, you can talk to your are "blue and red" in the face--but you are up against an evolutionary and artificially created paradigm to deep for the shovel of politics! You still got my vote!

  • Knowing that Nader/Gonzalez are the absolute best combination cure for what ails our country I have to implore them..."Please don't run away from politics! We want and we need you!" Nader/Gonzalez 2008

  • Trusting our media to help you direct your vote to the "right" candidate is a lost cause. The treat the elections like a bastardize popularity contest for High School class President or Prom Queen and King! All you half to do is look at all the things Ralph Nader has done for the American people. On his own time and with his own money. Rent this movie "Ralph Nader: An Unreasonable Man (2006)" that will tell all you need to know! If Nader isn't on my ballot in my state I'm writing him in! :~)

  • Be careful with write-ins. I understand that write-ins in certain states are thrown out. Make sure you're not in one of those states.

  • Those who worry that 3rd party or independent candidates will cost the least-worst person the election should fight for Instant Run-off Voting.

  • I totally agree. IRV would be SOOOOO much better than our current system, which is possibly the worst form of voting you can possibly have for multiple candidates. This is starting to take hold at the state level in some places. In WA state, they just passed this in Pierce County.

  • thank you! :)

  • we need to do something either let 3rd and 4th or 5th party candidates run, or boycott the general elections, but do something damint the status quo, is not working, and the congress and the democrats a republicans in the political systme have sold us out, either wake up or shortly face overt facism, instead of covert facism in America

  • That sounds great, but how do we get all the sheep to comply. ;-) Until people shut off their TVs and do some research of their own, it's going to be tough to get traction on this. I think the best we can do right now is keep spreading the word about third party/independent candidates to as many people as we can.

  • I want to vote Nader, but I just don't think he will get along with the rest of the congress and everyone up there, and people will want to impeach him or something.

If it comes down to it and it seems like he is actually getting enough support to maybe contend, I will.

But right now not enough people are supporting and the media thinks he is a joke and at least half of America still thinks you are throwing out your vote when you vote Nader.

  • Piss on congress, and piss on the media! They should not corral all of our thoughts the way they do. Ralph Nader has some damn guts! I'm sick to death of the grotesque status quo! If I'm the only one to vote for Nader, so be it. I used to be a Democrat. I couldn't stand Bush. But I saw the way the media shoved Obama

onto people. It was like Fox news with Bush.

  • i voted for john kerry, even though i didn't want to, because 'they' told me i was throwing my vote away on nader. as it turns out i threw away my vote on kerry along with my dignity.

by the way, you can't impeach somebody just because you don't like them.

give 'em hell ralph!! i'm right behind you buddy.

  • I don't know about that. They impeached Clinton because they didn't like him. :-) Yeah, I'm sure it had to with the fact he "lied" about his personal sexual conquests... Bush lies ALL THE TIME and he is apparently untouchable.

    Go Nader.

  • Ralph Nader better relects the people. In this election the Democrats are overwhelmingly supported for domestic policy on education, immigration, healthcare, a fairer tax code that redistributes wealth which Nader supports. Yet on foreign policy there was and remains a strong bipartisan coalition for Ron Paul's foreign policy who was against the Iraq war, but also against excessive military spending on occupation & military aid to foreign countries that backfires on the US, as Nader supports.

  • Voting for McCain or Obama is like signing a petition to go to war with Iran.

    VoteNader'08 !!

  • I respect Nader. I intend to vote for him this year.

  • idk...i think a great deal has to do with the way our media covers Nader and other third parties.

  • Your right on the money. At least "they" haven't taken away, or regulated the internet, YET.

  • to all the people who says don't run I say don't vote - in fact all McCain and Obama voters should stay home, you're just encouraging crooks

  • votethirdpartynow...that is BRILLIANT!

  • lol

  • all i got to say is...I will vote according to my conscience...These people think that if they take away nader that the voters would go like sheep to the camp of democracts. Oh yes I cannot think for myself.A B C .Take away C

well i then must pick B..Democrats and Republicans are old furniture who will not change because they like the power and wealth they have. They like the delusion that they are the ones that rule the country and world...Same old story..power and money..

  • The irony is thick, here you have democrats who can't manage a butterfly ballot designed by democrats telling other not to vote

They are actually saying you are stupid and telling you to shut up, it's plain arrogance.

The facts are they lash out at others because

they didn't work hard enough for Gore in states he should have won, like Arkansas and Tennessee and they let corruption run rampant in Florida.

  • nader has my vote.

  • Mr. Nader you have the support of many of us.
