I think one of his best qualities is, even though he appears confident and even a bit cocky in pictures, he's humble and a bit shy in interviews.

Something about him is very boyish. Combined with his obvious drive, that boyish appearance, I think, appeals to many women. He's non-threatening, yet successful. It works for me anyway. Unfortunately for Lauri, my hubby has the same qualities (yes, I know, Lauri's in his corner crying, now, rofl . . . did I mention I deal Heavily in sarcasm? =D).
