  • That is NOT how the Porterhouse is cut!! Also, on almost all the cuts in this video, the butcher is cutting off way too much fat! Slightly trim the fat, leaving most on. Grill it, THEN cut the fat off.

  • @alt4960 Thats why the video description says "Cuts of Prime beef" Not all beef.

  • The American cut focuses on how to get large steaks for grilling, at the expense of other possible cuts that would be better suited to other ways of cooking.

  • @tyrlena with all respect tyrlena, modern human beings are not predators anymore... we're fat and spoiled eaters of ready to eat industrialized pieces of cadavers made in organized factories using serial killing machines. And I'm not a vegetarian if that was your next question... just someone that likes objectivity, and that tries to see things from a global angle.
