  • One word.

    Wicked.

  • Chill dog xD

  • dude your gonna get arthritis holding your snare hittting hand like that

  • where are the polyrhythms?

  • @DrummerStuffable

    Hey man.

    Thanks for the view.

    @ 0:15, there's 9/8 kick drum timing Vs. 4/4 HH and snare.

    @ 0:31, there's 5/4 (3 times, equalling 15 quarter notes), and a 1/4 measure.

@ 1:18, theres a 7/16 rhythm guitar part and a 3/4 easy tapping part. The drums kick the 7/16 and 4/4 ostenato up!

Sorry, the video slips outa synchopation! :P

  • @WebsterA Thanks man, saw it again, and your right, nice one.

  • poor dog

  • this is awesome!! i'm confused for the people who dislike it. nice work mate!

  • it was great man! I half the same kit as you.the Half of it.

  • YOUR SICK! Nice KIT!

  • hoollly shit biggest eletric kit iv ever seen jjeee sus

  • HOLY SHIT

  • this is the biggest electric durm!!!!!!

  • seriously digging this. Singer sounds like Maynard. I am sure that is a known fact. A little more mixing work and this is good to go! Great job.

  • How much was this kit after it was all finished being customized?

  • Hahahaha,2 different kits, and it sounds like your playing 2 different songs at the same time!

  • Great tune there guys! Sounds new and not like satanic metal...there´s more in to it...KUDOS from germany!

  • nice to see u jamming up there...

wont complain about the timing , the tones , or even anything for that mater.... as long as ur playing for the love of playing

only thing i would say is that ur lucky to have such a nice mesh-pad kit....which u can play at 2 in the night too...the world oil being pegged to the dollar works in your favour..

    am buying a td-9 series v pad..and i'm paying 42 times more..

i am sure i'll make it worth..

    cheers bro

  • i will not say about how ne one sucks or is out of time.. i feel your doing a great job..at least ur pleasing ur senses .. and playing some decent time signatures..

    only thing

you are lucky to have such a v pad..given the financial constraints..it gets hard to buy even a roland td-9 series .. ur pretty lucky that the oil in the middle east is pegged to the dollar.. cheers bro

  • cute lab lol

  • you know what you are doing man! you look like you're having fun. sounds really good man! Dude no disrespect in anyway when i say this but watching your vid with all of those out of sync glitches reminded me of the shake hands with beef video from primus. But you looked sure of what you were doing, and very precise by the way. Screw those dislikes man!

  • wow the rest of your band sucks massive cock, tell guitarist enough tripplets, it's not that impressive. and the vocals speak for themselves. crap.

  • I can tell you guys probably hate the bands, Cynic and Meshuggah ;) Bad ass dude. For real.

  • luv ur dog at the beginning

  • which one u like better yamaha or roland

  • lmao @ the dog!

    cool vid!

    nice durmming, good kit

  • sweet kit, lucky, both of those combined including the roland spds, or that's what i think it is, all those pads and hardware must've cost at least $3000, and those rubber pads, right, what's the yamaha kit that u used in the vid?

  • Mon Dieu!

Two kits = two brains - simple.

Why didn't i think of that?

Now i can build my Simon Phillips/Neil Peart kit - Wayhey

    Nice chops kiddo

  • Sick dog dude!

  • @FawkzOne yeah man that dawg is totally killer dude!

  • is tht an eletric drum set?

  • where are the poly rhythms?

  • cool dog

  • more drums, more fun :P yes meshuggah rocks

  • great kit there man... although i'm an acoustic guy... this set up is great... let's enjoy drumming!!!

  • Awesome.. What kind of hardware did you need to extend your kit like this?

  • Its my buddies kit(s).

He took 2 seperate elec drum kits and mashed em together.

They both run on seperate brains.

Thanks for the comment tho! :)

  • Cool song, any MySpace for "better" version? Nice drums and drumming dude

  • i would play drums to this song, it definatly just has a natural flow and not gonna lie that looks like a fun kit haha

  • Right on!

    Thanks for the compliments :)

  • haha dog in the background XD

  • impressionant !!

  • awesome, must have taken you forever to customize your set, how much did it cost

  • Well, first off, its my buddy's setup.

He bought the Yamahas from another friend for 400 bucks and i dont know how much the TD-9s cost but im guessin a couple grand? Either way, not too bad.

He set it up, him and his buddy, Lance, in about 3 hrs.

  • the td-9 is about 1500 in most music stores, i was at ken stanton and I saw it on sale at 1400 for a TD9 so I think 1500 is acurate, a few grand is a bit much in my opinion for a electric kit, on account of it's not good for live shows.

But yeah, I love the set up, nice patterns too :)

  • wooow so much pattern O_o cool stuff

  • Thaaaankyou!

    I live for patterns :)

  • awesome drumkit and good job ^^

  • excellent !

  • Thaaaanks!

  • Hey would you say TD-9's are a good drum set? I'm wondering beacuse im going to be buying one soon and I'd like you opiniun on it. Thanks

  • Man!

    I love the Td-9!

Id say iits a great set!

Ya cant beat v-drums for authentic feel! :)

  • Well thank you. I think I know what ill be buying :D
