Hey Nathan, Is this routine for doing daily or would you do it bi-daily? and for someone first starting it how long would you think it would take before you start seeing some results, Im trying to get my sidekick higher and I can really feel the burn in these.
You could do it everyday, in fact even twice a day. Be sure to warm up your muscles before you stretch. You could do every other day if you want, but if you have the time and the discipline then I recommend doing this at least once everyday.
@Maskdefender hi,im 37 yrs old..i stop tae kwon almost 20 yrs.that time i can split my two legs but now i cant..can i do that again cuz i try but its hurts now..do u have any idea to help me?
@aliens301 There was a thing called muscle memory that i read somewhere that you muscles will know how to do the split properly just that throught the years you have made strong muscles, stretch and you will find with time and dedication you can get back down to the floor.

Hey man, great vids. Keep them up. I just wanted to ask you a question. When sitting with the legs as wide apart as you can and leaning forward, is it natural to have one leg feel more 'pull' than the other at the upper leg part?
It's not desired, but it just means one side is more flexible than the other. If you keep it up the other leg should catch up to the more flexible side.
@Maskdefender i can roundhouse pretty well with my right leg. when i do it with my left it isn't that as good as the right, is it cause my right is way more stretched out? i practice my roundhouse a lot with my right leg so yeah.

I stretch almost every day now but I did not warm up before so now my left hip hurts a lot especially with a yup chagi lol , DAMN.
