Amneris is cool. : ) She's just great for the part.

Aida sings too loud and puts accents on all the wrong places.

Radames... well... his voice is just childish and nasal.

BUT! Wonderful chorus, backgrounds, costumes etc!

These guys are are chilling.....I saw the Broadway show and I can say, with no bias that these guys are FANTASTIC!! And a Youth production to boot....no real training?? That is RAW talent!! I've watched sevral other clips and they give me chills...this from a stage actor, who's favorite show is'Aida'(andI'm highly critical)

The music was hurried. Amneris is a good singer and has the emotion. Radames is hot, but has one of the most annoying voices ever. Aida has a good voice as well, and she is very emotional.

Radames is quite pretty. ;D But I think he's too much a tenor for this role. I think a Baritone would have been better. Amneris did beautifully though. She did a fantastic job in this role! Kudos to her! And I'm glad they didn't stick a blonde wig on her. ;D

radames is actually very strong vocally, it's just that i don't think his voice is particularly well suited for this part. and i think he might be full of himself or whatever that somebody previously commented on... but he's pretty...!!!

for all of you saying you don't like the radames, i'm doing a production of aida right now is it is so hard to find a good radames, its such a vocally challenging part and i think this guy is doing a great job.
