  • They'd never allow me to play at one of these "festivals" because I am not authorized nor qualified: i.e I don't have any credentials from academia that confirms my ability to perform. Yet, I've composed a few pieces for piano AND can improvise preludes, fugues, suites, concerti, etc. Let's see one of these academic players try that. Paper musicians: take the book away and they can't play anything.

  • All those instruments lined up like a used car lot only to hear a modern grand in the end. hoodwinked.

  • *drools at instruments!*

  • Awesome collection of concert prepared stringed keyboard instruments and the trolley has found itself another use.

  • Well, yes, that would be nice. We must choose the keyboards based on the repertoire to be performed. But we have done very well this year to have David Breitman as guest soloist, which has enabled an expansion at the piano end of the spectrum.

  • Only need a after Pleyel (or original) Pianoforte.
