The only thing western in Ethiopia is Addis ababa, which is the only investors will invest in when it comes to human capital. Addis Ababa should be a separate economic zone. Were talking about 15% inflation, not doubling the money supply every 24 hours like in Zimbabwe. And with inflation, the US wages go up along with inflation. It won't in other countries though.

We could eliminate the national debt in 10 years if we wanted by increasing the money supply by 15% a year. It would stimulate our economy and cause starvation in third world countries, because of rising food prices. It happened in the 80's, we can do it again.

I think it's disgusting how the government is diverting the aid money to the banks to finance those luxury condos and mansions while most ethiopians live on $1 a day or less. Ethiopia is a country where a public university professor with a PHD only make $150 a month while a politician will make thousands a month from corrupt land deals and bribes
