It depends on the person, yes it can be un-healthy for sure and for many people, it will be because they don't know how to lose that weight so quickly without causing damage to their bodies. But for other people it can be easily achieved, Idk the workout or routine he made. But I'm saying 30 lbs in 30 days is achievable without negative side effects. You call me the troll?!? The page and the way too long video you get thrown in your face screams scam, and he also uses way to many one-liners. Anyways, the info is good, and the mandatory 100s is a great workout.
