  • After ive created the matte and twixtored the footage it just creates a transparent outline of my matte that is not on track with the twixtored footage. What do i do?

  • @tedkschultz You just need to pre-comp the matte.

  • @revisionfx I did pre cmp the matte but the transparent outline is still not on track with the twixtored footage. I tried changing the frame rate but that just screws it up more. doi need to slow down my matte to the same as my video? does need to be the whole vieo(because i only made the matte as long as the bad parts)?

  • @tedkschultz The matte has to be aligned to the source footage,

you can try the "Inverse Shrink Matte" slider if it's a matte edge issue. If this doesn't help, you can send it to us at tech support.

  • ASASDCJNVANEVKPTH SHOW US HOW TO SET UP THE WHOLE SCENE THIS VIDEO IS SO FRUSTRATING

  • Could you create a video on how to create the matte? I have After Effects cs5.5 and Twixtor Pro 5. Thanks.

  • @tedkschultz You can check the AE manual and tutorials on how to use their Masks, or the AE-provided Mocha tools to aid in the process. You should also check out the Rotobrush tool in AE 5.5 that helps auto-track without even going to Mocha.
